Great tracking device, easy to tuck away and install. Readings are accurate and precise, lots of features and in particular the ability to share live tracking with family (either by push or dual login on another phone) when you are touring is a unique and great comfort feature for loved ones. Some great touches like the bike battery monitoring, geofencing and easy to use interface.

Only pity is that UK insurance companies don’t recognise SIZZAPP because they want devices to be installed by ‘experts’. Fact is on a naked retro bike like mine there’s only so many places you can hide a tracker. The Neo is very compact and any half decent home mechanic can connect it and tuck it away somewhere discrete.

A great device, well thought out and easy to install, hide and use.

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν μπορείς να δηλώσεις τα χιλιόμετρα που έχει η μηχανή.

Θα ήθελα να μπορώ να δηλώσω τα χιλιόμετρα που έχει η μηχανή, και να ενημερώνεται με τα χιλιόμετρα που διανύω μέσα στην εφαρμογή για γνωρίζω πχ πότε πρέπει να κάνω service.

SizzApp replied to me latly, apologizing for the Nationl Holyday, this was the reason why they didnt anwser early e fixxed the problem. Perfect!

I installed the device 3 days ago, but still gives error "Unit Offline" I ride for 30 minutes, than 1 hour. I check the voltage of the battery, check even the voltage on the pin the go directly into de device, and everything seems ok. The led are blinking and flashing green so the alimintation is correct, but even after 3 days of riding sith the device installed i still not read any conection on the app. A sent a support request to support email 2 days and 20 hours ago and got no answers. I sent another request and get another ticket but still silence. Please i belive in your product, let me kno what we can do, I'd be very sad to do a refund.

very good application. sometimes the mapis underperforming but it doesn't matter. the service and price ratio is very good!

Sizzapp max is just perfect it has never not worked and has always given the right details of my rides and where my bike is at any one time. I would and have highly recommended sizzapp. It just gives you pice of mind.

I’ve been using this device for several years now. I originally bought it for my trip from Europe to Georgia in 2024. It works reliably, without any problems. At the border between Turkey and Georgia, I experienced brief periods where I couldn’t get a signal, but this was resolved very quickly by the support team. A huge thank you to the developers, manufacturers and support staff.

I am using SIZZAPP more than 4 years, and I’m still very happy with it!! It has been working really well and has given me a lot of peace of mind during this years! App is great ans easy to use, and sizzapp proven to be reliable and useful in everyday life!!

Recently I saw the new Sizzapp Nova device, and now seriously thinking to get it. At the same time my current device works perfectly, so I’m not even sure why I would need two … maybe sell it or gift it to some friend ;)

Overall I can honestly say that this is greAt product with no monthly fee during all this years and I definitely recomend it!

Personally I don’t have any problem with device or support. Everything as promised. One of the best tracker on the market.

It’s been almost 10 days since I purchased the Sizzapp Nova tracker, and I still haven’t received any status update, shipping confirmation, or tracking number.

I’ve already reached out to both their support and info email addresses, and so far I’ve received no response at all. Not even a simple acknowledgment.

At this point, the lack of communication is the main issue. When you’re buying a security-related product, you expect at least basic customer support and transparency about your order.

Looking at other reviews, it seems like this might not be an isolated case, which is concerning.

As of now, my experience has been disappointing due to the complete absence of support and communication. I hope this gets resolved soon, but first impressions are not good.

Im November 2024 das GPS-Max gekauft. Anfangs funktionierte der Tracker gut und auch der Service hatte damals direkt geantwortet. ABER...
Nach gut einem Jahr nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Mal funktioniert die Bewegungserkennung nicht, mal die Batterieüberwachung nicht. Oder man bekommt überhaupt keine Mitteilungen. Weder Anruf noch SMS oder Push-Benachritigungen. Der Service antwortet seit Monaten nicht und die Support-Website aus der automatischen Antwort ist nur auf Russisch.
Von wegen 2 Jahre Garantie.
Aber Hauptsache fett Werbung fürs neue Produkt machen.
Mein Rat: Finger weg!

My experience with SIZZAPP has been extremely disappointing, from day one until the last message exchanged with their support team.

The device was defective from the very beginning and never worked as advertised.
These were not minor glitches, but serious, constant failures that made the product completely useless:

– GPS location inaccurate or completely stuck,
– routes not recorded at all,
– motion alerts arriving only sometimes,
– GPS updates intermittent or missing,
– constant signal loss even in wide open areas.

In short: the device never did what it was supposed to do.

I contacted customer support multiple times, providing every detail they needed: timestamps, screenshots, videos, technical explanations, and even tests done at an official Honda service center.
Despite this, I received:

– vague, unhelpful responses,
– attempts to blame the installation (although the issues existed before any installation changes),
– long periods with no reply at all,
– no real technical guidance or solutions of any kind.

The lack of communication was, at times, even worse than the defective product.
I would write and then wait days — sometimes weeks — without a single answer. Completely unacceptable for a company selling a “security” device.

Meanwhile, I was forced to:

– pay the Honda workshop multiple times to install, move, and remove a device that never worked,
– lose time, fuel, and entire days doing pointless tests,
– ride a brand-new motorcycle with zero real security, despite having bought this tracker specifically for protection.

When I finally asked for a fair refund — considering the defective device and the extra costs caused by their failures — they simply replied with a standard return procedure, ignoring the full extent of the problem and the evidence provided.

Conclusion

The product is unreliable, the customer support is incompetent, and worst of all, they leave customers without responses for long periods of time, even when the issue is serious.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy device to protect your motorcycle, my experience with SIZZAPP has been a complete mistake. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Finally, I was contacted by their service department... they resolved my problem... Their GPS tracker is a really good product; I used it for two years before selling it because I no longer have a motorcycle.I am completely satisfied and if I ever need to buy another one, I will buy it from them...

My Sizzapp Pro wasn’t working properly in my camper van. Sizzapp promised to send a replacement right away if they couldn’t fix the issue. Based on my description, they managed to solve the problem within two days—and it’s working perfectly now.
I’m genuinely impressed by how friendly and professional the support was. Throughout the entire email exchange, I felt they took the issue seriously and were actively working to find a solution. If I could give them more than five stars, I would—and I can only recommend them wholeheartedly.
