Freudiges Badeerlebnis, jedoch ein wenig enttäuscht.

+Das Produkt ist im Kauf recht teuer angesetzt, die Machart des Hotpots ist sehr ansprechend und macht das so wieder gut. die Einfeuerstelle klappt wie versprochen Die Sprudelfunktion ist richtig angenehm und lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Licht ist dehnbar in drei Stufen was für mich so stimmt, um mir gefällt. Die Abdeckung wirkt sehr hochwertig, ausser die anschraubbaren Verschlüsse die gefallen mir nicht, ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt es kommen Tierchen und Co. durch die Abdeckung ins Wasser, da sie nicht komplett geschlossen ist, hier müsste es in der Abdeckung integriert, eine Gummifugen oder ein Gummiband haben, welches verhindern würde, dass die Tiere rein krabbeln.

-Das heisse Wasser wird durch eine Einlaufdüse in den Pool gepumpt, somit muss man aufpassen, dass man sich im Wasser nicht am Einlauf verbrennt. Was relativ schwierig ist mit Kindern beim Baden. Somit ist bei der Platzanzahl jetzweils im Minimum eine Person wegzurechnen.
-Die Filteranlage wie auch der Frostwächter, ist nicht zu empfehlen. Diese sind qualitativ ziemlich schlecht, um alles dicht zu bekommen, braucht man einen sanitär, den die mitgelieferten Profukte halten nicht was sie versprechen. Der Frostwächter, bringt meiner Ansicht nichts, denn ansonsten müsste die Filteranlage im Minimum 10 Stunden am Tag laufen.

Toller Kundenservice, ein qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Produkt.

Sicuramente un prodotto particolare, estremamente funzionale da apprezzare nella versione full optional con idromassaggio e luci. Il riscaldamento con stufa a legna é una esperienza unica.

This is a really tremendous product. Spent months deciding on what log fired hot tub to buy. Looked at options, read reviews, considered specs etc. Went the full 9 yards on research. I was mindful of buying something this expensive without seeing it first, so wanted to be confident it was the right product for us. I called Martin at Skargards and asked a few questions about operation and quality. Manner was excellent. We then exchanged a few emails on specs and guarantees. Our decision came down to Skargards and one other. We decided that if we wanted to do it right, we'd go Skargards. So we went for it, and hoped it would be as good as we expected it to be. I am delighted to say that it is. It arrived well wrapped and protected. Circa 18 days after ordering. A week to build and 10 days to ship. I unwrapped it carefully and gave it a thorough inspection. All was in order. No damage. No issues. It is clearly very well built, and looks to be made from good quality materials - as promised. It is solid. The galvanised frame underside will give it good longevity. The look of the tub is superb (classy) and the experience in the tub is even better. The assembly of the flue is super simple and the log fire is easy to use. We opted for the Regal 220 with insulated cover, lighting and bubbles. We also went for the filter and heater, so we can use the tub over a few nights without re-filling each time. Glad we did. The experience is superb. First heat up from cold takes circa 3hrs with the fire roaring. Next day (if you have an insulated lid) it takes circa 1-1.5hrs, and stays hot for ages! We don't have experience of any of any other log fired tubs, but i am confident enough in this product to strongly recommend it. I just wish someone else had written a review like this when i was searching, to have saved me all the time and effort i invested in researching and choosing! But alas. It's been a good process, i now know all about hot tubs (!), and please that we have made the right decision. Delighted with it.

Die Bestellung & Lieferung waren tadellos. Vor der Bestellung wurden wirklich alle Fragen am Telefon oder sehr einfach im online Support beantwortet. Die Lieferung wurde hervorragend gut mit uns abgesprochen. Der Aufbau des Hot Tube war relativ einfach. Nur die Beschreibung der Schlauchanschlüsse hätte ich mir etwas genauer & präziser gewünscht. Bsp. Trocknungszeit des Klebers oder Menge des
Klebers. Um die Filteranlage dicht zu bekommen haben wir zwei Anläufe gebraucht.
Der Hot Tub steht jetzt seit 2 Wochen und wir sind von der Optik und dem Badespass absolut begeistert.

Wir hatten im Oktober 2024 einen Hot Tub - Model Rojal DualBurn 190 cm Durchmesser der Firma Skargards gekauft. Zubehör: Sprudel und Licht; Regenhaube (für das Abzugsrohr) und Abzugsrohrschutz(damit sich niemand verbrennen kann) sowie 2x Abstellbrett und Treppe.
Aus unserer Sicht unbedingt mit Sprudel und Licht bestellen. Das gibt ein sehr tolles Ambiente.
Die Bewertung wollten wir erst jetzt im Frühjahr abgeben, damit wir sehen, wie der Hot Tub bei Minustemperaturen funktioniert. Verwendet wurde er ca. alle 14 Tage seit Oktober 2024.
Die Bestellung und Lieferung funktionierte bestens.
Bei knapp € 7.000,-- macht man sich schon mal Sorgen - unberechtigt - top Firma. Es wird auch ohne Probleme in deutsch kommuniziert. Wir haben den Hot Tube noch ca. 10 Meter tragen müssen. Dafür reichten 4 kräftige Männer leicht aus. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass der Hot Tub sehr wertig verarbeitet wurde und uns viele entspannende Stunden beschert hat. Wir haben für einen Badetag ca. 1 Schubkarren Holz benötigt (hier braucht es schon einen guten Vorrat für ein Jahr). Das ist aber für das Ergebnis völlig in Ordnung. Die Angaben alle 15 Minuten Holz nachzulegen passen sehr gut. Ab 33 Grad haben wir die Ofenlade geschlossen. Dann alle 20 Minuten 1-2 Scheiter nachgelegt. Auch die Angaben wie lange es bis zur Wunschtemperatur von 37 Grad dauert stimmen.
Bei Minustemperaturen haben wir nach dem Baden, erst nach abgekühlten Ofen (ca. 2 Stunden) das Wasser abgelassen (wenn ich mit der Hand in den Ofen greife und die Wände nicht mehr warm sind). So, dass auf keinen Fall Wasser im Ofen gefrieren kann.
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre - für das Kabel für den Sprudel und das Licht gibt es keinen Stauraum - vielleicht wäre eine kleine Klappe in der Holzverkleidung möglich. Wir haben einen Teil der Treppe etwas angepasst und das Kabel hier verstaut.
Die Abdeckung um € 790,-- ist sicher sehr wertig, uns aber zu teuer. Diese haben wir aus Holkammerplatten 16 mm und einer gängigen Abdeckplane selber gebaut (Gesamtkosten ca. € 160,--)
Aus unserer Sicht ist der Hot Tub auf alle Fälle eine Kaufempfehlung und bekommt 4,9 Punkte

Die Lieferung hat super geklappt. Man wurde vorzeitig avisiert und wurde immer über den Stand der Dinge informiert.
Die Montage war problemlos zu bewältigen.
Wir geniessen den Hot Tub gerne und können ihn auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Innanzitutto vorremmo complimentarci con Matteo per la disponibilità e la sua professionalità. Si viene seguiti e consigliati già a partire dal momento della scelta della vasca fino alle varie domande post installazione sempre con tempestività.
La vasca è bellissima, l’abbiamo posizionata praticamente in mezzo ad un bosco e si integra perfettamente con il paesaggio circostante.
Le finiture sono di pregio, partendo già dalla scaletta si capisce la qualità dei materiali usati. La vasca inoltre è facilissima da pulire.

Zuerst möchte ich die tolle Qualität des Produktes hervorheben . Der rojal ist besser als wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben . Für große Leute wie uns ist die 220 Variante perfekt . Er läuft fast jeden zweiten Tag . Auch der Service war super und die Lieferung ging ohne Probleme . Das Aufstellen und in Betrieb nehmen lief problemlos ab . Alles in allem eine runde Sache .

This is our second hot tub. We decided to get rid of our electric one due to the cost of running and replace it with a wood-fired one. A Skargards Regal.
Our first hot tub was delivered and installed by a team who didn’t leave until it was up and running. We were in it the following day.

Our Skarsgards hot tub was left on our driveway by a guy who rocked up in a Luton Van. Just one guy, in a Luton Van.

He arrived and I cleared a space on the driveway for the hot tub to go and stood back. He spoke virtually no English but he did know the word “Help”, which he started screaming frantically as he maneuvered the massive hot tub on a tiny pallet, onto the equally tiny lift platform.

The weight of the hot tub was lifting him up into the air and I had to leap onto the lorry to stop the hot tub from falling off. Between us we managed to get the hot tub onto the platform.

However, the package was too large to actually lower the platform. He had to lower the platform, whilst pushing the hot tub at an angle. We then had to shout for my wife to come out and stand on the ground pushing as hard as she could to ensure the hot tub wouldn’t fall out of the back of the van, as we were both stuck on the other side, desperately trying to stop the bottom of the pallet from flipping over.

If it had fallen, it most likely would have killed her.

Still, Skarsgards must have saved a few bob hiring a totally inappropriate vehicle for the job. So you have to look on the bright side.

I was aware that Skarsgards just dumped the tub on your driveway and drove off into the sunset. Other companies obviously don’t do this but we liked the look of the tubs so we bit the unusual bullet.

We made all of the measurements and discovered that the whole package could fit down our side alley.

Skarsgards had advised that the hot tub can be picked up and carried by 4-5 people. Let me warn you, it cannot.

We had five strong guys, one of which was a six foot five body builder, and we could not lift it by more than an inch. We removed all of the loose boxes attached to the pallet and tried again. Nope, could barely get it off the ground.

Now, the weight isn’t the issue here. It weighs 189kg and we had one guy who bench presses 150kg by himself. The problem is that the package is in a shape that you simply cannot lift. Imagine a standard wooden pallet, cut in half. The round tub is then placed on its side on top of the pallet. The round edges of the tub protrude a considerable distance over the edge of the pallet. The sides of the hot tub protrude over the width of the pallet.

To put it simply, there is literally nowhere to hold on to it. This makes it impossible to lift!

We thought about hiring a pallet truck but we have a 4 inch step in the side alley and there’s no way of getting it over if it cannot be lifted.

We have now had the hot tub for nearly three weeks. It is still sitting in our driveway on the pallet. Minus the side table, two tier step, rain cowl, flue guard protection, filtration system, bubble and light and the insulated lid. All of these things are sitting in my kitchen.

A crane to lift it over my house will leave little change out of £1000. Once this has been done, we have to figure a way of moving it into the position we want it. Not only that! We then have to build the bloody thing ourselves!

Absolute nightmare and we haven’t even got to use it!
Two stars only because delivery was quicker than expected. For what it's been worth!
