BMX purchase and return - excellent!
I purchased a BMX bike from SkateProUK which arrived perfectly however after approx 4 weeks I requested to return the same as the frame size wasn’t quite right for me. Communication via email was clear, polite and helpful. The return processed and as the product was returned with good care and packaging and communication, not only a full refund was given but also a gesture of £20 for doing so. There are mixed reviews on here but ultimately returning a product has to be as it was received and they clearly are as a company appreciating it if you do. I would purchase from them again once I can. Thanks. Mike

False advertising and unscrupulous returns
They advertise a 365 day return policy and that only custom items cannot be returned. Upon returning my items they dueducted 40% due to scuff marks from two wearings. With shipping I've now wasted 70$ on this product.

Thank you for taking the time of writing a review.
First of all, we do accept returns (except customized products indeed) within 365 days. Of course, products have to be returned in their original state, the way that you have received it as well from us.
If you decide to try out the skates and return them after that anyway, we do need to deduct a certain amount for the usage. Due to the usage, we are not able to offer the product on our website as a new product but do need to offer it to other customers again for a reduced price.
If you are in doubt about a return or a product that you have been using already, I would recommend getting in touch with our Customer Connection Team to advise you about your planned return.

UK- Customer service are quite understanding
I ordered a globe skateboard from them but I hadn’t received it due to a communication error- it was displayed as being in stock online but it wasn’t. I emailed about my situation asking why I hadn’t received my order and a lady on their customer service team called Abigail explained it was a error on their end. I then received a full refund that day no hassle. Yes it would have been nice to receive my order but I see no problems with the customer service, very civil and understanding.

Easy and fast delivery!
This site was easy to use. I ordered a pair of roller skates on the 16th July and received it on the 18th, even though it was scheduled to arrive on the 22nd, so I’m very very pleased! If I read the bad reviews I would have never used this site but I think you should give It a shot. I live in London to give you some context. Happy buying!

Nous avons commandé 2 paires de rollers roces dont une paires est arrivée avec l une des roues plus petite et 2 packs de protection pour enfant, taille S pour les 2 pourtant pas la même taille donc trop petit et dans un pack les protections nous avons des doubles donc inutilisable.
Livraison rapide mais produits avec des défauts pourtant nous connaissons la marque roces et n avions jamais eu de problème lors de nos achats ailleurs....

Deck Blunt AOS V5 acheté chez skate pro
Deck acheté pour mon fils de 13 ans en avril 2020, utilisé pour la première fois le 11 mai? jour du déconfinement...et fissuré mi juin soit 1 mois et demi après la première utilisation. Mon fils qui y a mis tout son argent de poche est effondré et nous nous sommes très en colère car skate pro nous annonce que c'est de l'usure normale et donc pas sous garantie. Maxime, le vendeur, ose même me dire qu'à ce prix là (200 euros) il ne faut pas s'attendre à de la top qualité et qu'il existe des decks à 400 euros...en bon prince, il me propose une remise de 20% pour en racheter un ...SCANDALEUX !!!

Great shoes, but toe stopper nut was broken.
Great shoes, except when I removed the toe stopper to put in a toe guard I couldn't screw it back in because the nut (?) Inside was broken. It wasn't at all attached like on the other skate so the screw wouldn't go in since it couldn't fit in straight. I'll have to figure out how to fix it myself or get it repaired. I'd get a replacement but i had already waited almost a month and a half to get these skates after ordering a size too small before.

Je commande un kit BURTON M6 channel…
Je commande un kit BURTON M6 channel qui arrive incomplet avec seulement les glissières de board (pas les 4 vis BURTON permettant de serrer mes fixations).
Après plusieurs relance au service client, on m'indique gérer le porblème et on m'envoie un 2ème paquet avec...2 autocollants SKATEPRO...
La notion de service est inexistante. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez SKATEPRO.

DONT BUY FROM THEM, once they have your money that's it absolutely terrible customer service. got my sons bike in October £600 after a few rides pedal cracked and keeps falling off, emailed them 6 times sent pictures nothing tried calling them no one answers or gets back to you!!! wish i had gone to Halfords absolutely rubbish

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I paid over $100 for inline skates and when I received them, they were very clearly used. The wheels were worn in and dingey looking and the brake pad was worn down at least 2/8ths of an inch down. AND, not only were they used, but they were of poor quality as well. When I put the skates on for the first time, I pulled the velcrow strap to tighten them and the strap ripped off. I sent several messages to their contact email, along with pictures, and never heard anything from them. I finally had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get my money back. Save yourself the time and money and buy from somewhere else.

I can see that your order clearly states that the product you ordered was a B-stock product, meaning that it has been returned to us with minor scratches on it. It could be, that another customer has tried them on and regretted the purchase and returned them to us. When we received this pair of skates, we have seen some signs of use but not anything that can effect the overall user experience. We then sell them as a B-stock product at a deducted price.
As to why we have not responded to your emails I'm not sure, but I will apologize. We aim to answer all our calls immediately and our emails within 48 hours.

Half the order
I ordered 4 items from them, and only received 2 - even though they said my whole order had shipped. I called them up and was told to phone the next day to give time for the customer service to get in touch with the warehouse. After a back and fourth for a week, I was refunded the 2 items. I still don't know why they were never shipped.

Whatever the case was, I'm sorry for the trouble but I am glad to see that you were met by one of our customer service representatives refunding you for the items, that we couldn't deliver.

Incompetent at best...
Incompetent at best, but most likely fraudulent.
Long-story short - ordered products in early April, as of June 22nd, they still have not been delivered, but of course, my credit card has been charged.
Very concerning patterns of fraud emerging:
- Strange shipping notifications
- Telephone hours don't actually work
- Email response time continually increasing
- Unsolicited store credits being issued
- Vague refund communications with shipping locations in wrong countries
This all appears to be an effort to delay enforcement and capture as much money as possible.

I am really sorry to hear that you have had such an unsatisfactory experience with Skatepro.
We never charge our customers without sending out the order. As soon as the order has a shipping label on it and is sent off, that is when we charge and not a second before. But I do understand your frustration for paying for something you never received however, this is a claim that should have been pointed towards the shipping company and not us. We have however been in contact with you during this process and refunded you the amount.
Regarding the emails - they are all legit and sent to you so you feel informed the whole way through the process of your order. You still have a bonus on your Skatepro account ready to be spend on equipment.
I hope you will accept my heartfelt apology for the troubled experience.

Not recommended. | Słaba obsługa klienta i rozczarowujący termin dostawy. Zamówienie złożone 15 czerwca i na 19 czerwca w dalszym ciągu niedostarczone (zamówienie nie dotarło nawet do kraju). To było pierwsze i ostatnie zamówienie. Nie polecam.

Commande de mini BMX le 27/05, livraison le 3/6. Pneu crevé!! Pour un anniversaire c'est raté. Service client indispo au telephone, delai de reponse par email de plusieurs jours. Demande de photos puis de film pour pouvoir se retourner contre le fabricant. Inacceptable!!!! J'ai un contrat d'achat avec Skatepro, qui doit me proposer une solution. Et la je me fais balader au rythme de 1 mail par semaine.

Le délai de traitement des mails et des appels a été considérablement allongé pendant la période du confinement à cause de l'augmentation du nombre de commandes auquel nous avons fait face.
Les délais de réponses sont revenus à la normale vers mi-juin, et je vois que ce fut le cas avec vous avec des réponses en moins de 48h.
L'envoie de photos (voire de vidéos) à notre fournisseur permet de ne pas avoir à renvoyer des produits entiers à chaque réclamation, et je peux voir que nous vous avons trouvé une solution le 22 juin avec l'envoi d'une nouvelle chambre à air.
