Very disappointed with SKG’s warranty support and customer service

I purchased the SKG G7 Pro Fold Smart Massager approximately 4 weeks ago, primarily because of its heating function. Unfortunately, the heating component is not working properly. The heat becomes hot momentarily, but almost immediately cools down and does not maintain the heat during use.

I contacted SKG Customer Support three times already from 3 weeks ago regarding the issue. Their website states that warranty inquiries should receive a response within 48 hours under the 12-month warranty, yet I have still received no response.

This has been extremely disappointing. When spending a significant amount of money on a new product, I expect not only the product to work as advertised but also reasonable customer service when something goes wrong. The lack of communication within the timeframe SKG itself provides has made me question how reliable their warranty support actually is.

I am hoping SKG will respond and properly address the issue, whether that means repairing or replacing the defective unit. I would also like to know whether there is an option to exchange it for another SKG massager with a stronger or more reliable heating function, as the heating feature was one of the main reasons I chose this product.

I am leaving this review because I believe customers should be able to make informed decisions about both the product and the company’s after-sales support. I hope SKG takes this opportunity to respond and resolve the issue.

I bought the SKG neck massager on a whim, and it turned out to be one of my best purchases. I spend long hours working on my laptop, and my neck is constantly stiff and sore. I bought an eye massager E3 Pro from seller on TikTok platform last January 2026.It stopped working after six months, only could hear the sound system. As I noticed that the product was under one year warranty, I tried to reach out to the seller at TikTok. TikTok customer service replied that the seller no longer listed with them. They suggested that I reached out to the manufacturer which I did. I was very happy that you guys responded very quickly and sent me a replacement in record time! Very impressed with your service recovery. Keep it up💪💖

I made a huge mistake. I've severe neck pain due to a fall. I thought this device would help. What a piece of trash. It is a model G7 Pro-Fold neck massager from a company called SKG. I researched, obviously not long enough, and ordered one. Tried to use, it two times. They suggest to moisten you neck. Did this and it starts to shock you. I felt like a poor animaI the someone put a shock collar on. It is terrible. It has numerous types of massage settings and supposed to offer heat. It doesn't produce sufficient heat and the massages are worthless. Contacted SKG, expressed my dissapointment. Said they had taken sufficient information to make a decision on a return. Completely ghosted. I had no choice but to contact my credit card company and file a dispute. It's still in process.

Item was as advertised, international shipment arrived as expected. Recommended

I’ve been using the SKG neck massager since 2024 and absolutely love it. I've just received the back pillow massager today and it’s nice. Great quality, affordable and very nice. I’m looking forward to seeing a version for legs in the future

Honestly shocked by the power of this massager. I use it strictly after hitting upper body at the gym. Loosens up my stiff neck and traps like magic.

SKG is an awesome company. Their customer service is excellent and give lots of details for the product. Their massager are the best of the market. For example the eye massager is excellent eith high quality of manufacturing. The neck massager G7 pro fold has great different function such as heat, vibration, diffident massage modes.

Their products are unique in the market and a sign of extremely great quality.

The product is extremely subpar and just does weak little vibrations. Worst part is they don’t answer your emails when you try to return. Avoid

I bought this massager for my husband but I use it as well. We use it almost every day for recovery. Besides it is very light so our arm doesnt get tired when holding it. We use it while watching tv. I recomand it.

A lifesaver after my shifts. My neck gets so tight, but this massager sorts itt out quick. Also looks pretty sleek sitting on my desk, feels expensive.
