Great product have only used for a few days but am so happy with all 3 products I ordered,, the service was excellent I received my order within a day ,,Great service

Hice un pedido a través de Privalia (serum antiedad caviar verde, 2 hidratantes caviar verde, serum antifatiga vitamina C, rejuvenecedora espino y zanahoria, serum y crema de día y noche crema rutina naranja mandarina, estas ultimas para mi hija). Las mías un desastre. Las texturas, olores a rancio, la hidratante caviar verde parecía una mascarilla.... Pero lo peor fue cuando mi hija empezó a utilizar las de mandarina. A los 2 dias tenía la cara llena de rojeces que le picaban y que por rascarse acabaron en heridas.... Se ha ido tooodo a la basura. He comprado miles de cremas, más caras, más baratas, que me han gustado más o menos, pero nunca me ha pasado lo que me pasó con esta marca.

I keep emailing your Help Desk with problems I keep experiencing with regard to my one monthly subscription. 5 emails requesting assistance and feedback to my queries and no-one has even bothered to get back to me. I have been a subscriber of 2 monthly boxes for some time now but I am seriously considering cancelling both subscriptions as your Help Desk cannot be bothered to respond to my emails. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I am now fighting for a response to my latest subscription where Skin Chemists are very quick to take the money out of my account but then not deliver the products in my subscription without me repeatedly querying where my order is. I should not have to fight to receive a subscription that I have already paid for. I am really upset with how I am being treated. If you cannot manage my subscription correctly then just tell me and I will cancel both of my monthly subscriptions.

I used this for many years sometime for one time purchase, sometime subscriptions. I have active subs in moment too, no issues till this months. They taken the money on 2. May, since is no products, no answers to may emails, also on their website is no more option for subs so i cant see or manage it. Not sure whats happened but this is very dissapointing after being happy customer for many years. So i never recommend them anymore. One more thing before this issue i always got reply via email within 24hr, now nothing for weeks.

Great to try new products that actually work and helps to provide a great skin care routine.
Having very dry skin which has only got worse with age it's great to try new products and decide what works best for my skin. This cream has helped moisturise and settle my skin. My skin doesn't feel tight or stressed but really nourished.

Scam. They will not ship your items and they will ignore every email! Do NOT waste your money. I ordered nearly three weeks ago, have sent multiple emails to them with no response and no products. Just out of money

The eye serum is nice. It looks like a clear gel, but becomes more watery when put on the skin. It’s ok, but I haven’t noticed a change in my fine lines yet, though it’s early days.

Product well packaged and sent out promptly. Serum absorbs quickly with no stickiness . Skin is feeling great
