My favorite Skin Spa location is the Boston one! Everyone at the front desk is accomodating, sweet, friendly, and understanding! They make every guest feel like a VIP! Jovanie is my favorite esthetician and really loves her job and cares about her clients. Plus you can't beat their package deals and monthly memberships.

I enjoyed it there. I will be back soon.

The system is horrible for Skin Spa, and the site is poorly designed.

Making this purchase, it wouldn't let me log into my account, saying that the email address was unrecognizable. Something is broken.

I love the company, but the online purchasing experience is always negative.

Skin Spa NYC has had some great deals. I can't wait to start my laser treatment!

I would only suggest that you add a "Non-Binary / Gender Non Conforming" option to your client application.

I've been going in the Midtown Spa for 3 months and their treatment was always impeccable. To be more specific, the whole experience was truly elevated because of Evan. This guy takes the customer experence to another level.

Moreover, their website is user-friendly & facilitates booking appoitments.

I purchased full arm laser, which supposed to take 45 minutes. my session finished in less than 20 minutes. when I left the spa I found many missed areas that wasn't touched by the laser.
not very friendly technician.

RUN. FROM. ALINA.

I have been going to SkinSpa since August, 2015. I regularly get facials and I am generally and overall quite happy with the treatments and estheticians. 

Today I booked a 30 minute OxyTrio facial with Alina. This is the second time I went to Alina because the last time I went, I was so satisfied with her service although she spends 75% of the time trying to get you to buy more treatments. Today, her first words to me were, "Are you sure this is the treatment you want?" I said, "Yes." I was so satisfied with it the last time.

She left the room to get the products and when she returned she started the treatment. At the end of the treatment (a total of 12 minutes), she told me how I need to stop getting the OxyTrio treatment, that I need to spend $300 on peels or $600 on three Laser Genesis treatments. I explained to her that I did get the Laser Genesis treatments and I felt they did absolutely nothing for $600. She told me I need to buy three more to see the "full effect." So $1200 for lights on my face. Not interested.

She was clearly not happy about that and her demeanor was so cold and nasty. The treatment was complete in exactly 12 minutes. The treatment retails for $100. 

Now, Im not that person who says I will never be back, because I have packages that I still have to use, but I am warning you, unless you want some cold, angry person over you who is supposed to be providing a relaxing treatment, do not book with Alina. She is only there to sell you completely unnecessary treatments that I can attest do absolutely nothing.

Great laser facial! I did the add on for deeper cleaning and I LOVED IT! I highly recommend it. Wish it wasa little cheaper.

Skin Spa is hands down the best!! I've been getting brazilians with Simone for almost 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about her and the experience. Simone is so amazing and so gentle. I naturally always freak out in my head but when the process is over I forget about all that. So glad I was recommended to see Simone. I'm never turning back.

I purchased several services but have yet to receive the email on how to redeem those purchases.

Easy, and secure way to shop, and book appointments.

I was a little nervous to have my first ever facial but the manager, Chelsea, walked me through the whole process. We discussed different options and I decided to go with the hydrafacial at their E 56th St location since I was having a bad breakout. I was kind of skeptical before I got it done but now my skin looks amazing. I’ve already scheduled another for next month.
