Just ordered gift certificates. Easy process, but surprised that I paid tax on them. This is why I gave 4 instead of 5.

This rating is for the website experience only. I purchased a massage online as a means to give a gift. But it was very unclear how to redeem the "order number" and it wasn't really able to be given as a gift. Plus with the promo code at the moment, i didn't want to purchase a gift card with the discount in case the costs of the service went up. Overall just really confusing.

The service is Professional, and courteous. I always leave feeling calm, peaceful and with healthy glowing skin

The front desk staff - Ashley and crew are very nice.
Space is always clean and comfortable.
There seems to be a plumbing issue - the sink in the bathroom makes a noise that disturbs the treatment rooms.
The music is not consistent - sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off. Sometimes it's too loud.

Kydie is amazing! Her skill level is superb and the spa is lucky to have her. I have brought 3 people in who have now done memberships just for her services and she is the sole reason i stay.

Johan, the manager is also a delight to work with. Best in years!

The massages at Skin Spa are the best. I feel like my massage therapist listens to my concerns and does her best to work out all the knots and stress I have!

I went in for a laser hair removal appointment, after waiting 20 minutes, the technician was still not available. I ended up leaving without the treatment, because I had to go back to work. I emailed Skin Spa about this experience and whether I can get a refund on my package several days ago. I have yet to receive a response. I also have a massage package with Skin Spa. I have to make appointments a month in advance because every time I try to make an appointment, the receptionist tells me another masseuse is leaving the company. I think there’s only one female masseuse at the location near me now. Its becoming too inconvenient to come here.
