Ordered a genuine Skoda armrest that was much cheaper to buy (including delivery), than any UK supplier.
Delivered within a week by FedEx using a trackable service.
Will use again without hesitation or worry.

They were great. I was struggling getting the right parts, so i emailed them with the serial numbers and they sent me the right parts to order. I ordered last week and got them today! Can finally get my front grille fixed!

I don’t know why people have left negative reviews as I found their service to be 5*. Have ordered stuff on three occasions and never had an issue. I found that they answered my email very quickly and on one occasion they even sourced a part for me that wasn’t listed on their website. Every time I’ve ordered I’ve received the parts in a few days and as they’re VAT registered in the UK there’s no duty to pay. However, most importantly the prices are over 50% cheaper than getting them from TPS and their genuine Skoda parts. Couldn’t be more happier with the service I’ve received.

Esperienza negativa. Dopo neanche un mese e solo dopo la prima pioggia mi ritrovo entrambi i bracci dei tergicristalli compatibili qui acquistati con evidenti segni di ruggine. Spedito foto inequivocabili. Prima risposta: L'articolo è di origine cinese e potrebbe giustificare la ruggine (NO COMMENT) Seconda risposta: Hai forse lavato la macchina con agenti chimici forti (NO COMMENT). Lascio a voi la riflessione, secondo me gli articoli sono difettosi e il rivenditore non è serio perchè non dovrebbe dare questo tipo di giustificazioni. Potrei avviare la procedura di reclamo, smontando, inviando a mie spese e aspettando un eventuale rimborso, nel frattempo potrei rimanere in attesa anche 30 gg. dalla loro valutazione ... e se piove rimango a casa o ne compro altri. First time buying from this company and was a little hesitant as I’m in the UK but my fears were unfounded.

Great service, ordered on Monday and delivered on Thursday with all parts at a considerable saving over buying in the UK.

Delivery via Fedex was fast and very reasonably priced.

I will happily shop here again and recommend them for Skoda parts to anyone that asks.

Ich habe mir Heizmatten für meinen Skoda Octavia 1Z nach Deutschland bestellt. Das Paket wurde am nächsten Werktag mit GLS verschickt und ist innerhalb von 2 Werktagen bei mir angekommen.
Ich war am Anfang etwas skeptisch, da der Shop kein PayPal anbietet. Aber ich bin total zufrieden und kann nichts schlechtes berichten.
Wenn ich wieder Originale Ersatzteile zu einem sehr guten Preis brauche werde ich hier wieder bestellen.

Purchased a full set of genuine Skoda floor mats, though I was a bit hesitant about buying from abroad. However, all went well and the parts arrived within a week, securely packaged, and at a considerable discount to the prices charged by UK Skoda dealers. The company was very helpful with a query addressed to them.

A lot of options, fast delivery and friendly people. I highly recommend the shop.

Bought a Ballast unit for headlight 8K0 941 597 E. Picture shows a genuine part. Pattern part supplied which I could have bought in UK for 1/3 of the price.
Just considering my options at the moment as I used credit card.

Rude and unhelpful. Would not believe their system was at fault for incorrect part. Called me a liar. Suggest you order parts through a UK agent.

Was a bit skeptical at first about ordering but read some reviews and thought what the hell and needed of worried, genuine Skoda Octavia floor mats boot liner and centre tunnel cover, saved about £80 compared to UK companies, took 8 days for delivery to Scotland, would highly recommend will order again no hesitation this time.

I've been looking for a way to leave a feedback on skoda-parts. Normally I don't mind leaving feedbacks but I think skoda-parts deserves it. I bought three times from them, fair prices, genuine replacements, great support and fast delivery. Really cool.

By serval occasions i have ordered parts for my 2011 Skoda Superb by Skoda-parts.
I must admit after having used many other shops on the Internet, that by Skoda-parts you get the service you expect.
The staff is serious and keen to help you get exactly the right part for your specific model. Friendly and very quick responses are "the normal". Last, i did order some parts and the team spotted that 1 part was wrong - reached out to me and got it corrected so it did fit my model, saving me for sending the part back and the wait for the correct new one.
Staff - and service by Skoda-parts are top-dollar the best.

Just really good. Fast delivery, and correct parts.

Оплатил со всеми элементами около 500 евро! Заказ пришел ко мне в Tallinn довольно быстро, около четырех дней! Установил на свою шкоду, но к сожалению они начали потеть и стала появляться внутри фонаря влага, от перемены погоды!
Наблюдал за фонарями около 2-3 месяцев, решил обратился по email в магазин и попросил их найти решение! Сотрудница Adel Jancova, очень вежливая и внимательная, успокоила меня и предложила мне обмен фонарей на новые! Я спросил, а как же я их отправлю? Я не могу находится без фонарей и ждать когда придут новые, на что мне сотрудница магазина ответила - мы отправим вам новые фонари, вы их установите а потом отправите нам старые! Я получил новые фонари, они сейчас отлично работают и не потеют! Старые отправил обратно! Я очень ценю такое отношение к клиенту! Теперь это для меня магазин авто запчастей номер 1, все у кого есть Škoda я рекомендую покупать оригинальные запчасти в магазине Skoda-parts.com
