Nem og overskuelig side. Desværre fik jeg ikke originalt logo til fronten Jeg mener der stod 88mm. da jeg bestilte det. Men jeg fik da støvplader til bremserne. ting som ikke er til at finde andre steder.

Og det som jeg bestilte kom som det skulle med GLS.

Skoda Parts er en virkelig fin og reel webshop.

Der var dog nogle problemer ift. at betale med mit Visa kort (hvor jeg ikke havde problemer i andre internationale webshops i samme periode).

I samarbejde med Skoda Parts fik jeg dog rettet til betaling via swift og webshoppen var derefter meget hurtig til at afsende de reservedele jeg havde bestilt.

Egentlig til 5 stjerner, men betalingsdelen koster én stjerne.

Just had my scoda fabia serviced and mot it needed a fair bit of work done on the service but the guys at scoda sorted it all out so I was well pleased with all there good work yes good service and very helpful

Ordered Skoda towbar lock online on Sunday night from Ireland. Order confirmed first thing Monday morning. Received the order in perfect condition from their base in Czech Republic on Thursday by FedEx to the west coast of Ireland. Excellent service!!

Honestly, fantastic service! I needed some radiator mounts for my 2005 (55) Octavia vRS and Skoda-Parts.com was the only place that had them in stock. Great price and, because they've setup everything to do with VAT/Customs, I had nothing to pay upon delivery... which only took a few days. The order was dispatched within an hour of me paying. Definitely consider this company if you drive an older Skoda and are struggling for parts, as VW cease making spare parts for cars over 15-years-old, which is pretty shocking.

Their response to a claim about damaged alloys:

"if you are familiar with EU law, then you probably know that warranty does not cover physical damage caused by the customer.

We have delivered a fault free product. Maybe you just dropped your brand new alloy on the floor, who knows."

Ordered 5 wheels totaling around 1000 euros.
2 of the wheels are defective from the factory with a black paint spot on the mirror finish, its underneath the clearcoat so it can't be removed.
They claim this a none issue........
2 of the wheels have bumps/dents in the wheels. One of which is visible when the tire is fitted.
They insinuated that I'm either a moron or out to scam them when I brought this to their attention.

They shipped 4 of the wheels boxed 2 by 2 with one 1 piece of cardboard to protect the wheels, the boxes weigh 26kg each...... to cross Europe. For which I paid 161 euros.

Which leads us to the second part.
One wheel they'll ship for 27euros, but if you order 4 the price is suddenly 161euros(40euro per wheel)
I've asked why add such a large surcharge when I for their convenience place an order for 4 wheels instead of 4 orders of 1 wheel, they won't comment on this.

Excellent company ordered parts Monday arrived Thursday and genuine skoda parts not to mention the huge savings made as opposed to Edinburgh Skoda and fleabay

Ordered some bits with delivery quoted at just short of 17 euros. Got an email a day or so later saying delivery cost would now be 140 euros. From the Czech Republic to the UK, 140 euros? I don't think so. Methinks they don't want to deal with us so I will oblige by not attempting to order from them again.

Everything was smooth for me. Bought from UK a Throttle Body for my SEAT ARONA which use the Wolksvagen one, fits for Seat Ibiza/Wolksvagen Polo, Skoda Fabia 1.0 L etc. I used the part code/number, which is embosed on the throttle body, gasket for it, and thats it! Was sent as displayed on website, with courier, I received Monday instead Friday, because of the custom tax (I had to pay tax+vat) on the courier website and today was delivered, installed and happy to use the car again!

Ordered a throttle pedal for mk1 vrs fabia, website showed it to be correct, gets delivered and it’s incorrect (it’s for a roomster/octavia) make contact for it to be sent back and get hit by a wall. I returned the item at my cost, item was held by Czech customs as they wanted tax to be paid on the item (the same item I paid tax on when it left the same country a few weeks earlier) the company failed to tell me they refused to pay customs charges and told customs to return it to the sender (me) I only found this out when I chased for an update (was told they had been busy) I made contact today, some 2 months later (as I’d forgot about it) and was told “I don’t know where your shipment is and I don’t care” - fantastic customer support! I’m now down the cost of the pedal (100+€ & Royal Mail postage charges of £16gbp. Never going to use this outfit again.

Quick, efficent and reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy parts for their Skoda.

Shortage of parts, poor service communication, false promise of parts delivery time. Promised in Two weeks, but three months gone... still not in 🤐 😢
