I bought a flight ticket, Nathan served me. I have had Nathan make my bookings in the near past. As usual he never lets me down.
He is always very professional committed and gets the job done.
He really is a gem of a person, I hope the company recognise his commitment and dedication.

I booked with sky American two weeks before going on my cruise to the Caribbean. Alvin & his team sorted out me some very cheap flights to Miami & booked me a hotel with easy access from airport to hotel & Miami port. Alvin & his team Austin & Nathan got my return flight in line with getting to port & enough time to get a flight back to Lhr. A very dedicated team they are. I have also booked two tickets for Delhi at very low prices for March. Alvin thank you for doing 80% of the work for me to go happy cruising 🛫🛳️ will 💯 be booking through SKY AMERICA AGAIN 💛

I think the experience that I had with Nathan was 5* rating he helped me find the best deal at that time and I hope to come back.

Alvin said he'd make sure I would be looked after but after just 1 eticket I wasn't able to get hold of him I then had to book seat as I'm disabled but still no word I live alone with no help now I've ended up in hospital for 5 days in california with flu/pnumonia and had to phone at 1.30am as no one was answering my emails or WhatsApp....finally Nathan spoke to me this morning 1.30am and said he'd look into virgin upgrade I'm now waiting on a call at 8am 4pm uk time he was kind enough to tell me to get some sleep but I'm so worried I'm going to be "ghosted"again my son won't be back until 9am I just hope they don't go home as Nathan is on a break...Alvin is still sick so they say hmmmm.thats why it's 2 stars until I get a result I'm so poorly I also have to medical assistance I think they shut at 9pm let's hope everyone hasn't gone home!

After spending a stressful day looking for flights to South Africa last minute I came across Sky America and via a phone call with Alvin he did an amazing job of finding me a very reasonable flight with under an hr stop over. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. I cannot thank him enough and it will go down as the least stressful booking of my life.

I stumbled across Sky America on a Google search. Later the same day David Jones called me to discuss my travel requirements. He was dedicated to getting me a competitive price and in assuring me that the company were who they said they were. After some back and forth with dates, airports and cost, David was able to get me a competitive price. Very good customer service and I will definitely use them again.

I made an online enquiry on 3rd Dec about a flight to Florida over the Christmas holiday & the next day 4th Dec I received a call from Alvin who was very courteous, friendly & helpful. Alvin was very patient to my requests & took the time to search diligently for a reasonable price considering I was travelling 2 days before 25 Dec. Alvin explained everything slowly & made booking/paying for my flight really easy & talked me through it.
The following day 5th Dec when I phoned to pay my balance I spoke to David, he was also friendly, patient & helpful when I asked him to search for a different flight coming back home, it was no problem. David made me feel at ease & took the time to search different combinations of flights. He was very understanding when I chose to stick with my original flight because of the increased price. When I made a mistake paying the balance, David picked up on it straight away & contacted the payments department. Austin called me back straight away & patiently explained how they were going to rectify the problem. It has been a nice stress free experience booking my trip and I have also told my niece to contact Sky America to book her trip. I will definitely book with this company again - keep up the great work guys!!
