I have used this company before to go on holiday last year for my sons birthday I have returned this year for the same reason they are amazing very helpful and they ensure a smooth running holiday. The person helping book my holiday this time was called Norton and he has been an amazing help and got me the best deal

Booking a holiday through cheeky monkey with live chat was initially off putting as unsure if it was automated and would later be transferred, but to my surprise the live chat was with a person who was able to answer all my queries and provide the full cost. He also offered alternatives to what I initially requested which can be helpful if the hotel is not able to fulfill all your needs.

Receiving a phone call to finalise the details and take payment gave me reassurance as this is my 1st experience booking with this company.
