1st time using this company and if the holiday is as good as the customer service then I will be very happy as Nora did her best to give us everything we wanted

I used the web chat function to make initial contact and Nora was very responsive and responded to my questions efficiently. I then had a telephone conversation with Nora and organised payment. Even though I lost mobile signal Nora ensures to call me back to complete the booking. Very happy with the service received.
