Terrible provider, no response when critically needed, no communication
We used to consider this a reliable service provider but several days now we are unable to access our server and are losing a reputation we've worked hard to protect for over a decade. We are losing clients and facing serious threats to our business due to our partnership with SkyNetHosting. They won't respond to emails, calls always hit voice mail. Tickets don't get attended to running into several days. They claim 24 hour support but unavailable on live chat. They keep you queuing on live chat when it comes online and you wait for several hours, when it finally gets to your turn, you send messages without getting any response. I sent messages a day ago after 2 days of waiting for my turn and got no response for over 1 hour. To say I am appalled and disappointed in this provider is an understatement. They've ruined our business. We can't even salvage our reputation at this point. Too bad.
They're not the only company that faced this issue but other providers are back online. This is way too bad. I won't advice anyone to do business with SkynetHosting.

Since the WHM and CPanel CVE I have not
Been able to access any of the servers. I have servers in US and Netherlands and none of them accessible since last week Thursday. Support also not responding to tickets.

Skynethosting has destroyed our business and reputation. There is no cooperation, our servers are online but many customers' data is lost.
They are not able to restore. They are not even giving us access to log in to the server.
How can we explain this to our clients? Our clients don't understand this anymore. Where other providers have activated the service within a few hours but they couldn't even do it in 6 days.
At least if they gave access, the client could do his work. The client couldn't do any work at all.
What is the solution to this? If they cannot stabilize even in the next 15 days, who will give us this compensation?
I urge you to find a simple solution instead of harassing us.
incompetence of Skynethosting Management Team
I am writing this with an overwhelming sense of frustration and disbelief. It has now been more than a week since our servers went down, and despite repeated assurances, we are still completely offline.
The "echo responses" I have received—meaningless percentages and promised resolution windows that come and go—are insulting. While you provide automated updates claiming work is "90% complete" or "will be resolved in X hours," my business is effectively being destroyed.
The impact of your unprofessionalism and "ghosting" is catastrophic:
Loss of Business: As a small-to-medium enterprise, our clients are our lifeline. We are losing hard-earned contracts every single day the servers remain dark.
Reputational Damage: We are facing severe backlash from our customers who rely on us.
It is a hard lesson learned. We trusted Skynet as a US-based entity, yet your lack of a physical presence or a functional US office suggests otherwise. Furthermore, the business registration information provided for the State of Delaware appears to be inaccurate. Operating under the guise of a US company while providing zero accountability is deceptive and predatory.
Be advised that I am exploring all available avenues, including reporting this to the Delaware Division of Corporations and seeking legal counsel to recover the significant financial damages incurred by this negligence

5 Days Downtime – No Access, No Support, Business Loss
I have been a loyal customer for over 14 years on your USA Reseller VIP plan, and this is by far the most critical and disappointing experience I have ever faced.
For the past 5 days, I have had zero access to my WHM, cPanel, WHMCS, emails, and all hosted websites. This is not just an inconvenience — it has completely disrupted my business operations, caused client dissatisfaction, and resulted in significant financial and reputational loss.
While I understand there was a global security incident (CVE-2026-41940 and CVE-2026-31431), the situation here is extremely concerning because:
Other hosting providers resolved similar issues within hours
Your servers are still down after several days
There is no proper communication or timely updates
Support is not responding on chat or tickets

This level of service is unacceptable, especially for long-term clients who have trusted your platform for years. At the very least, you should:
Provide an immediate backup of my full cPanel/WHM data so I can Manage my self
Restore websites (even partially) so businesses can function

Right now, it feels like customers have been left without support during a critical outage. I strongly urge your team to treat this as a priority, restore services as soon as possible, and take serious steps to rebuild customer trust.
I am still hopeful that you will take this feedback seriously and resolve the issue urgently.
Server down for 3+ days, it is now the 4th day
I have a reseller hosting with Skynethosting. Their server has been down since Saturday and now it is Tuesday. Customer service told me server will be up "by today" (yesterday) but did not promise. They said it is due to some cpanel vulnerability, but many other hosting do not have this issue. Obviously Skynethosting failed to secure their system, and this is the result. Tech support live chat takes 2-4 hours to connect and sometimes it resets. Seriously unacceptable. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Every Month Server Issue
I host with this company last 2 year. I not recommend this company to anyone. Every month server down at least 3 day, sometimes one week server down. They no reply ticket and live chat off.

They advertise a 99.9% uptime guarantee, but this kind of prolonged downtime clearly contradicts that promise. As a business owner, this has caused not only financial loss but also damage to our reputation.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this provider to think twice, especially if you are running client projects or a reseller business where uptime is critical.
We are now forced to consider migrating all our services elsewhere due to this experience.

I am a CORPORATE VIP RESELLER (profinser.com) and I am extremely disappointed with SkyNetHosting. My server has been DOWN for days, while their billing panel deceptively shows the account as 'Active'.
I manage critical corporate accounts in Ecuador, and this outage is causing severe business disruption. I have requested Data Portability and Full Backups via Ticket #XTR-535-55878, but I have received no viable solution or access to my clients' information.
Their direct communication channels, including email and WhatsApp, are unresponsive or bouncing back.
This is an unacceptable breach of service. I need my clients' data released immediately so they can maintain their business continuity elsewhere. Avoid this provider if you value your data integrity
Poor communication
Been with Skynethosting for almost 3 years. Since joining I have had daily 1hr service interruptions to all websites for seemingly no reason. Now for the past 5 days every skynet customer has been dealing with complete loss of access or partial access to their sites, as well as their clients. And where is skynet? Posting AI promo vids about their 99.9% "UP TIME" while ignoring customer ticket, not updating any customer on what's going on for 2 days, then Posts a uninformative vague statement about it being a "global issue".... Meanwhile all other competitors experienced zero downtime for said "global issue." Goodbye.
I've been unable to access my WHM
I've been unable to access my WHM and WHMCS panels for 3 days. I understand that we had a global issue with the cPanel/WHM security incident (CVE-2026-41940) and CloudLinux Kernel Vulnerability (CVE-2026-31431), and I know my plan is small, but I've been without emails, website, and WHMCS for 3 days – everything is down. I have cPanel and WHM on other providers, and everything was resolved within hours. I need a healthy backup of my cPanel/WHM to be able to use it on another provider. I can't be offline for this long, even if it's a small plan.
