I have been a return customer of skynet hosting for over 8 years, in the cause of my experience with them, there had been no downtime.

There customer service is exceptional and response to issues is instantaneous.

Above all, the pricing is very reasonable compared to the service rendered. I can confidently recommend them for anyone that requires hosting services across board.

Skynethosting have been supportive since the first day I transferred my hosting to them. They are always there to assist in case of an issue. They communicate and update you on each step. The customer support and technical support is top notch.

Been with them for a while but…

Been with them for a while but unfortunately it's slow and has alot of downtime. On the upside support is kind of ok sometimes very slow but overall it's difficult to have hosting that goes down constantly. The servers in of themselves are truly something of a nightmare despite being one of the only unlimited hosts that are decent. I wish they would actually keep the hardware up to date or whatever they got going.

Awesome Hosting from John Connor's enemy!

I have been with Skynet Hosting for 5 years through many ups and down. They have reasonable pricing for the reseller accounts (I see now they don't do shared website accounts anymore?) and FREE WHMCS STARTER. No doubt on occassion, my technical queries were answered by less than stellar people learning on the job, but there is always a higher up which can rectify the situations, so good oversight on the staff. No overselling or pushy staff (very rare in this business). And now they have this new fangled CHEAP Discounted Reseller packages with NO WHMCS which is fantastic. Only wish they would give a similar Blesta account for free (or look into FOSSBilling) with limits.

I had worked with several hosting companies since 2005 till date and had never experienced the kind of flexibility, dedication and customer prioritized treatments I have received with skynethost.

The online support is always active and willing to help. They always listen and are willing to assist.

Flexible payment plans and their human side when considering circumstances is 100+1%

I became addicted to their service since 2021 and I am definitely gonna ride this wage with them to the end.

Untrustworthy, and Unsatisfactory!

After Lengthy discussion with their pre-sale team I was told that the sites I run and maintain would work effortlessly with their Corporate VIP Reseller hosting account.

Less than 10 days in, they are now telling me:

"We regret to inform you that we do not have a hosting plan that meets your specific requirements. We recommend transferring the accounts that were previously hosted server , or exploring other hosting providers that can accommodate your need for sending mass emails."

I am absolutely outraged at their response after I have migrated 26 plus sites across from my previous host.

All I can say is do not take for granted what their pre-sales team or support team tells you, they obviously aren't up to date with the times or what their company can and cannot provide. It is not for everyone, and with them saying that they do not support "sending mass emails.

Isn't that the reason everyone now has a website? To email their members about news and updates etc....

I find it absurd!

Upon reviewing our presale chats and tickets, we couldn't identify any confirmation regarding the specific scripts you mentioned. Nevertheless, we deeply regret any miscommunication that may have occurred.

We want to clarify that we normally don't impose restrictions on plugins or scripts supported in our shared environment. According to our initial understanding we believed that the LFMTE and LFMVM scripts you require wouldn't pose any issues as we were unaware of your mass emailing functionality, which wasn't explicitly specified in your request/order. As these scripts are labeled as traffic exchange scripts on Google, it led to a confusion in us.(Kindly refer: https://tracxn.com/d/companies/lfmte/__0kSrgYz50q9Gksba8AjQyTFffH2m3G8GRwEHu8vgbDs).

Furthermore, our assumption was that since you chose a shared environment over a VPS, these scripts would be simple and require minimal resources, similar to others on a shared server. However, upon closer examination by our team, we realized that these scripts raise suspicions and cannot be permitted due to our stringent spam score checks conducted through mailchannels for email transactions.

We apologize for any oversight on our part, but allowing these scripts on our server could jeopardize the IP reputation and potentially impact other clients. While we may not be able to accommodate your current hosting needs, we are more than willing to allow you time until you find an appropriate provider.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we hope you understand the necessity of this decision for the overall integrity of our services.
