its really hard to find web hosting who are specialized in reseller hosting and I guess skynet is one of the only few renaming that offers cpanel reseller hosting for a affordable rate.

Im using their reseller hosting for at least 10 years and so far it has been great. Sometime support is bit show but overall its really really good value for money.

On the other hand what I like is for the last 10 year support staff have been the same I kinda know them by names and they also remember so I guess this is a really big plus.

I recently got a mail from the CEO that they are planning to offer white labeled live Customer Care chat support for my clients, and if they really offers this they would be the best reseller host in the world :)-

I have been using SkyNetHosting since 2020 and I have had no trouble at all. Their support is really quick, and I have always found someone who answers me back immediately despite our time difference. I am truly impressed with their marvelous services, and I recommend using them for those who are interested in getting quality IT services.

I am being a reseller of skynethosting for 4 years. Haven't faced any major issues till then. The technical support were able to resolve the issues i came across, the live chat is available 24/7.
The website speed is good, my clients are happy with the service. One thing i really like is the support persons are same for these years. That makes it easy to follow up the issues as they are aware of our previous conversations.

Everything and I mean everything is bad.

Support takes hours if not days to reply.
Webserver constantly going down, migrated over to SkyNethosting and migrated away. I pay for a webserver but I only use the WHMCS key.

Terrible support, slow website loading times. DO NOT USE

This hostings requires 1-2 times a moth the ticket like 'please check why domein.sample is down'.
I have no idea why they did not setup uptime monitoring to know the problem before my ping.
Errors sample:
Error 404 serser is unavailable.
Error 503 server missconfiguration
Error 522 Connection timed out
your IP (admin!) is banned
cPanels: too many conection
host got suspended because of too extensive DB usage (Wordpress with 1300 indexed pages)

I do not recommend to work with this hoster.
Why do you need this problem?

It is highly recommended to avoid this company! No customer service, they never answer problems!

They are terrible. I signed up for VIP US reseller hosting on this company however I regretted as they were constantly suspending my Cpanels without any notice.They also migrate your sites across servers without informing you which causes downtimes. You will loose credibility from your clients .I didn’t recommend them to anyone

DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER, WORST HOSTING, WORST SUPPORT. YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY WITH THEM. AFTER OUR ECOMEMRCE GOT ISSUE THEY ASKED TO PAY 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION TO MOVE WEBSITE ON VPS, STILL FACE SAME ISSUES, WEBSITE GET DOWN WITH 1K VISITORS, LOADING SLOW. WORST SUPPORT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What a pathetic hosting. using 10 years old WHMAMP which have alot of bugs. They restore all of my website 2 days back backup without intimation and notification. My websites are migrated on several severs without my permission and whenever I add new products to my website, its gone and I have to add again. There support people are not reliable, they dont even know what is going on. Only the Matt Roberts from Level 3 support is looking after things clearly. Seems he is the only one who is trying to run things. Anyways, I have a very bad experience and I am not recommend it anymore. I am also migrated from here.

Decent reseller hosting provider/price/uptime/support. Been with them for 7 years. They have ended it by suspending all resold account and main reseller account site without warning just because one phishing page. 2 phishing reports in one year is too much for them. This is the explanation "Upstream provider is strict on such abuse complaints. The server IP was null routed due to abuse. Further abuse complaints will lead to termination of entire server and we cannot risk it."

Public hosting reseller can not prevent abuse. Seems weird that they have so little control over their server/connectivity and so bad "upstream provider" that they are null-routing IPs/servers with many innocent sites and seems ignorant that they have suspended everything (most innocent accounts) + done it without warning + they were communicating the issue very slow even the ticket was in emergency priority. Later main account was un-suspended but no resold accounts allowed to be added and old accounts kept suspended.

My site is down all the time, not recommended if you want to open your website.

The technical support is terrible. They take more than 2 hours to respond. Sometimes more than 5. Servers crash all the time. The last time you were offline for more than 6 hours

Terrible experience, been waiting 1 week + just to resolve a simple issue that should only take one hour at most. Massive miscommunication and barely getting any help.

Bad Uptime and Bad Performance. I had a USA CHEAP RESELLER plan and I was told that my plan would be cancelled due to "high resource usage" without any notice / time to move off, where performance logs showed that its impossible for my site to crash the RESELLER HOST.

They are Simply the Best. My Reseller hosting simplyhost.com.ng have been with them for over a year now without a glitch.
Their costumer service is top notch.
