They did a fantastic job planning the flights for our tricky multi-city trip, much better than I could have managed myself. They also found cheaper layovers, which saved us a good bit of money!
Outstanding for complex itineraries
I booked a multi-city tour with four flights. Sky-Tours planned the routes better than I ever could have, and they even suggested cheaper layover options!

My cancellation because of illness was approved, but the refund took two weeks. The policy was clear, though, and support kept me in the loop.

Seat upgrade hassle-free
I paid extra for legroom seats, and the process was super smooth. My boarding pass showed the upgrade right away, so I didn't need to visit any desks at the airport.
This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. Please never book tickets from this website. No help and No customer service at call. There is no manager or supervisor to speak. Agent are practically sleeping on phones.

I couldn’t believe how poorly we were treated when trying to join the tour, having paid for the tour and found the tour guide. I’ve never come across such dismissive and rude behaviour from someone in a service industry.
We didn’t know we were to meet at the office, and met the tour guide at the entrance, showed him our tickets and we asked if we could get the audio equipment. He didn’t have anything on him and he pretty much said to get away from him and just deal with the office in a very rude manner and gave us a number. He wouldn’t even tell us where their office was, or what direction to go in to get the audio equipment. Like even pointing in a general direction, or give us a heading of a “go north” type of response would’ve made it easier.
We called the office anyways and asked them where they were and told them that we had a tour coming up soon, and we needed to go to them to hopefully get the audio equipment. The person on the phone was very rude again and couldn’t give us any directions as to where they were. They simply shouted down the phone that we had to find out where they were ourselves and then hung up the phone.
I’m bewildered with how this company is still in operation with treating people like that.
I’m not someone that would ever write a review like this, but just felt I had to with how horrendous this company is.
We saw plenty of other tours going around with different flags. I’d say any other company would be better than this one.
It was the 11am tour on the 4th September 24.

Die Terminvergabe (nur telefonisch werktags zwischen 9-12 Uhr ) ist ein bisschen hinterweltlich.

I would give them 0 stars! The creepiest, most unprofessional company ever! Just cancelled our flight, explaining two days after and one day before the flight that the airline could not complete the booking! At first, all was OK' then they changed the tune! Do not use, ever use their service! Liars, frauds, incompetents! Selling tickets that cannot be booked! I am stuck now in a foreign country because of these Jerks!
Voucher non funzionante
Nel 2020 ho effettuato una prenotazione di un volo a/r con Skytours. A causa della pandemia coronavirus una delle compagnie aere coinvolte ha cancellato il volo e non ho potuto realizzare il mio viaggio.
Dopo numerosi solleciti e insistenze Skytours mi ha finalmente concesso l’unica opzione di un voucher da utilizzare entro un anno con loro di quasi lo stesso importo originario.
Neanche a dirlo, giovedì scorso ho provato a prenotare un volo con il voucher. Preciso che il prezzo del volo scelto era ben al di sotto del valore del voucher ma invece di ottenere uno sconto totale (e una rimanenza da sfruttare in futuro) veniva misteriosamente applicato un misero sconto pari nemmeno al 10% del valore del voucher. Ho provato a utilizzare la chat per chiedere spiegazioni ma non ha risposto nessuno così ho dovuto cancellare la prenotazione.
Dopodiché ho provato con un nuovo e diverso volo (anche questo di valore inferiore al voucher) e una volta applicato il codice addirittura mi è apparso il messaggio “Siamo spiacenti, ma questo voucher non esiste, provi con un altro!”.
Ho mandato mail di reclamo, contattato l’agenzia in tutti i social, tentato di parlare (senza successo) via telefono e in chat. Al momento non ho ricevuto nessuna spiegazione e il voucher scade tra pochi giorni.
Ah ma non finisce qui, se dovesse seguire in questo modo procederò contattando la polizia di stato italiana e il verbraucherzentrale in Germania.

I book 2 tickets whit them the fly was canceled for COVID they send me a voucher to use for a year and when I went to use my voucher didn’t work I call them and they say they just can give 30 % voucher for buy tickets.

Vort fly til Havana via Canada blev aflyst i starten covid 19 pandamien. Da vi endelig fik en vaucher på 12.130 kr kunne vi ikke bruge hele beløbet til nye billetter ? kun en brøkdel blev givet retur, dvs. resten af pengene er tabt. Og hvis vor nye booking blev aflyst, ville vi igen kun kunne bruge en brøkdel af denne nye voucher, hvis vi fik en ?. Så det har har afholdt fra at bruge Sky-Tours, da de ikke lever op til almindelige regler om refundering. Så det er kun økonomisk tab at bruge Sky-Tours. Brug dem aldrig hvis du vil have sikkerhed for at få dine penge retur ved aflysninger !!

Im Juni 2019 habe ich über Skytours Tickets verschiedener Airlines erworben, u.a. British Airways, für April 2020, die allesamt storniert wurden. Mein Erstattungsbegehren wurde immer wieder aufgeschoben. Aus einem anderen, driekt gebuchten Vorgang weiß ich, dass BA längst das Geld für stornierte Flüge aus dem Frühjahr 2020 retourniert hat. Skytours hält das Geld nach wie vor zurück.

Zahlt lieber etwas mehr und erspart euch Sky Tours.
Was wir erlebt haben, ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben für etwas bezahlt, dass wir nicht erhalten haben.
Wir haben Multiflüge gebucht. Bezahlt haben wir sofort, aber 2 Tage später bekamen wir eine Mail, dass 2 Flüge gebucht wurden, aber eine nicht. Man gab uns die Alternative zwei Tage später zu fliegen, was ein Witz war. Der Kundenservice ist auch sehr sehr unfähig. Nach Rücksprache mit Sun Express erfuhren wir, dass Skytours selbst die Flüge storniert hat. Uns sagte aber Skytours, dass SunExpress die Flüge nicht bestätigt hat. Eine dreiste Lüge. Der Mitarbeiter oder Mitarbeiterin Bevan hat uns somit viele schlaflose Nächte gemacht. Da wir so kurz vom Flug keine Wahl hatten, mussten wir notgedrungen das Angebot von Basel aus statt Direkt, über einen Zwischenstopp nach Antalya fliegen .
Wir als Familie mit einem Kleinkind haben ein Direktflug gebucht und bezahlt und mussten somit in den sauren Apfel beissen und ein Zwischenstopp machen. Das lustige ist dabei, dass wir wieder von Bevan angelogen wurden. Er schlug uns den Flug um 21:10 mit Pegasus Airline vor. Aber er buchte uns den Flug um 22:00 Uhr.
Bis heute waren wir auf eine Entschädigung...

Pésimo servicio
Vuelvo y escribo muy mal servicio, son unos estafadores sigo esperando la devolución de mi dinero, me perjudicaron y si tenia reserva a nombre de Maria Fernanda Torres varón código reserva RHSSY9
Unos sinverguenzas totales.
Fatal, aún viendo las opiniones de teuat pilot me arriesgué a realizar una reserva de un vuelo a Sudáfrica el día de ayer, recibí el número de reserva y me indicaban que en 24 horas me enviarían el billete electrónico, hasta ahí todo normal, porque sé que cuando compras en estas páginas suelen tardar ese plazo en anviarte el billete. El caso es que me acaban de enviar un email donde me dicen que no se pudo realizar la reserva y que no se ha hecho nungún cargo a mi tarjeta. Cosa que no es cierta, porque ayer al mismo momento de hacer la reserva me hicieron el cargo de 2,838 euros en mi tarjeta. No encuentro ninguna forma de contactarles porque me da error, la página. Son unos sinverguenzas. Mejor contratar con otras compañías.
