I booked with Cheapfly shop because I found a very affordable ticket online.Later, they called me to inform me that my booking did not include holding baggage since it was under economy saver/ lite/ special fare.At first, I was worried and even considered cancelling. Naturally, I was upset but Roston handed the situation with patience and professionalism. He was able to secure me a reasonably priced ticket that includes baggage on the same day of flight departure and arrival. On top of that, he provided me a voucher for my next trip.Thank you, Roston, my trust in booking with OTA has been restored! You deserved a recognition!
