Kia was Amazing! As I was so nervous she kept me at ease - Brilliant!!

I was struggling to resolve an issue with my contact details at the airline. I got through to Freya at Cheapfly who understood my problem, promised to resolve it and promised to call me when she had resolved it. Within 30 minutes Freya called me back and i was able to log on with the changes she had instigated. This is what excellent customer service is about- taking responsibility to resolve the problem, resolving it and then contacting the customer to update. Thank you Freya
