Initial appointment professional and well presented.
Regular use of CPAP equipment, no problem.
Both well organized and therapy successful.
Apeneoa events reduced from 29/hr to 1.8/hr. NO snoring.
Mask comfortable, and awake fresher.

I bought a new mask, and exchanged it with help, because the overhead attachment style didn't suit me.
Staff ++ helpful. However, new mask needs adjustment repeatedly overnight & hose came off 2 x. Resmed Airfit F30.

Great service from Matt, I took a long time deciding what I wanted and he was incredibly patient and responsive to my many questions over many months. I am on holiday now with the BMC m-1 mini and it's perfect, I love it and it is a great alternative cpap for me for when my resmed anirsense 10 eventually gives up. Would definitely recommend sleep.co without hesitation and even though the device is working perfectly now, it's reassuring to know that it was purchased locally in nz in case anything does go wrong with it I'm sure Matt will sort it out. Had to use part's off my Old tube to make it fit, I got a devibiiss, bought a new complete nasal mask and straps from AliExpress for $31, as apposed to $300 online in NZ, still can't believe the price difference?
