Didn’t receive confirmation e mail of order. I then contacted customer services by e mail, and didn’t receive a response. I did receive my order but there was no communication. Would be hesitant to order again from this company

Ordered some fitted sheets which were damaged. And silver pillow cases didn’t quite look like on the picture. It was very easy to return them and
I got a refund in a couple of day. So very happy with the customer service. But not so much with the quality of the products. I kept one double fitted sheet but doesn’t fit very well the mattress and creases a lot.
I ordered before a duvet cover which is quite good.

Disgusting quality glasses required for the machinist, can not sew a straight line pillow cases all misshaped. I bought the opulent collection. Never buy from this company ever again

Excellent Service

The sheet I ordered was 40cm deep but I was sent 32cm!! Very annoying and shows there were no checks made prior to delivery. Shame as the sheet is good quality. I have been told to order again and have returned the other one but it is now a question of can they be trusted to get it right a second time!

Although I haven’t put this bedding set into use yet as only received two days ago, I am very pleased with it’s appearance and the price is a snip with free postage. I wanted a particular colour to bring the bedroom look together and found it , the variety of choices of designs are commendable. Sleepdown will certainly be my ‘go to’ for bedding from now on.

Poor quality. Colour has completely washed out of bedding after first wash and stained the inside of my washing machine and tumble dryer. Won’t be ordering from them again

I've been emailing this company asking for additional items.
They never replied. No customer service at all.

Firstly I had to email Sleepdown to confirm they had received my order because there was no online confirmation. Order did arrive promptly but instead of receiving a fitted sheet and a flat sheet I received two fitted sheet. I was told I had to arrange return the item and then I would receive a refund and that I would have to reorder the flat sheet. Totally inconvenient and not my fault. Also the duvet cover with pillow slips are very poor quality. They are so thin they are see through. I suppose you get what you pay for but I liked the design and colour. I will not be ordering from this company again and should have taken notice of the negative reviews before ordering.

Order delivered as expected, no issues. I ordered oxford pillowcases, cotton sateen material. After washing them they were quite creased, however after ironing them they were good. They are very soft to sleep on, nice quality and a nice colour mink, which was exactly what I was looking for.

I have ordered but not received a email with my tracking number or details. Hope this isn't a scam. I've emailed to ask why it hasn't come through but no reply yet.

Would have liked confirmation of my order. Money was taken as soon as I ordered but I never received an email confirming my order. This seems a regular occurrence as I have read a couple of reviews stating same.
