If only I could rate 0.
Order was bought and paid for, then despatched August 1st. It's been 10 days and no sign of it, even customer service has gone quiet after I alerted them to the missing items - not a peep since. No updates and no sign of the items I've paid for.

It appears the parcel has unfortunately been lost in transit. As discussed by email, we wanted to check whether you'd prefer us to send a replacement to an alternative address while you're away, or wait until you return and send it with tracked delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.

Double check
Ordering and delivery were all fine but the shower cap I ordered wasn’t at all. Quality not great but more importantly it’s tiny. I emailed Support thinking maybe I got a faulty one but apparently not.
I’m leaving a review because I’ve not had the problem before, even with disposable ones but Support team seemed to think the problem was pretty common - and customer pays for returns.

Best sleep products
I found Smug by having a free product a long time ago. Before then I used to struggle to sleep with the light. Since I have been using the sleep masks I get a very restful nights sleep. The masks don’t restricted your eye movements, and fit very comfortably. Their customer service is outstanding if you do need to contact them for any reason. Highly recommend.

Didn't dispatch on time, no customer service
Honestly, really poor.
I ordered and paid extra for 2-3 day delivery, as I required the items quickly for a gift. On day 3, I hadn't even received a dispatch email.
I messaged twice on facebook messenger and sent two emails and never received a reply to any When I emailed asking them to cancel my order as it was now too late, they cancelled within hours (showing they do, in fact, check their emails) but never even had the decency to respond to any.
Very disappointing as I thought it would have made a lovely gift, but the customer service is lacking.

Save your money ! This relates to the shower fragrance. My bathroom is tiny but in the shower I followed the instructions to the letter but I couldn’t smell anything. I have used 2 thinking perhaps the first wasn’t strong enough fragrance but it was just the same ! No fragrance at all.

For best results, they should be placed slightly away from the direct water stream in an enclosed shower so the steam can help carry the scent — but we appreciate it sounds like you’ve already followed the instructions carefully.

Return mix up handled well
I bought two items from this shop. I didn’t find the sleep mask I bought comfortable so I sent it back for return. I was accidentally refunded for both items and was allowed to keep the one I didn’t return as a gift. It was lovely gesture.

I have always loved SNUG's products - the eye masks have a silky smooth material so are really comfy to sleep in. Recently I received 3 items as a Christmas gift, the palm themed hair wrap, shower cap and padded sleep mask - I love how quirky the patterns are. I had to get a replacement for the hair wrap just this week and SMUG handled it brilliantly - quick response and are sending me another out straight away! Great customer Service, thank you!

These are the only eye masks that work, very good fit round the eyes, and good material, Have brought many others from other suppliers but these are the best.
