waste of money
I joined the promotion "crypto club member" which they match your deposit or they say they do. I talked to customer service and they told me it had to be $20 to receive it minimum. I deposited $23 and then they told me it had to $30 minimum. they admitted that they told me $20 but still refuse to give me the match bonus. There are so many better platforms to choose from, don't waste your money here.

Pretty good casino. I’ve been a customer for about five or six years and definitely have seen a lot of changes, but they have great games usually payout pretty good and have pretty good bonuses when they do have them. Although I do wish they would have more no deposit, bonuses or more diverse rewards or benefits.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. So easy to deposit money and get the promise of a deposit match. Buried in fine print is a 35x playthrough requirement which makes the bonus essentially impossible to get. Then even if you forfeit your bonus - which I did so I could get my deposit back- your withdrawal options are super limited and sketchy.
If you don’t want Bitcoin, your only option is a pass through site called MatchPay so you can eventually get a Venmo transfer. However when using this option, my withdrawal funds are not accessible and that site won’t even let me login even though Slots.LV generates your account. I’m stuck and my cash has disappeared!

Extremely disappointed
I made a deposit of $100 on their website just a little bit ago and right after making that deposit I started having issues with the website. At first my deposit wasn’t showing up on my account and the website wouldn’t load all the way for me. So I logged out of my account, logged back in, and when I logged back in there was a banner on the website that said some customers may be experiencing website issues and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I NEVER would have made a deposit at that time had I known they were having website issues. The first game I played after making my deposit was lagging and I would receive an error message almost every time I pushed spin. It was extremely frustrating to deal with and I felt it affected my gameplay. I messaged customer service about the issues asking if they were able to offer any kind of compensation for having to deal with the headache after making a deposit when I had no clue they were having website issues. I was told they didn’t see any issues with my gameplay so they were not going to offer me any compensation. First of all, I am pretty sure they wouldn’t be able to see whether or not the games were lagging or if I had received an error message while playing the games. Second, I felt as if they were insinuating that I was lying and just trying to get free money from them, which is extremely insulting. I deposit money on their website quite frequently and lose that money the majority of the time and I never ask them for any kind of free money or free bonuses after making those deposits and losing. The fact that I was offered no kind of compensation when I was actually having issues with their website and then was treated so poorly by Customer Service is extremely insulting. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere after this experience which is very disappointing because I did enjoy their website prior to this experience. Treat your customers better and show you appreciate them instead of doing the complete opposite.

They used their people to be all nice to use on customer service but they can't give u a bonus for their mistakes.
False Advertisement They stated u would get a super Scratcher bonus. On one of their 100% match bonuses and u don't get a scratcher anymore cause they took it away which I believe was the dumbest thing they could have done. I will never deposit there again. They were a good casino at one point now they just take your money and not give u any kind of bonuses anymore. It sucks now.
