I played on here a few years back and couldn’t remember my password. I have been trying to get verified for months now through chat but they won’t let me change my password. They said my birthday was wrong, then my 4 digit code was wrong. They said to send them an email to be re-verified so now I sent them an email with my drivers license and picture and they still haven’t gotten back to me! Guess they don’t want my money! Their loss!

I would not even give them 1 star. I deposited $50 and got $50 in bonuses. Won $50+ and went to withdrawal my winnings only to find out I have to wager over 3 grand before I can withdrawal anything. This site is a scam and very deceptive. I will be making a complaint to gaming commission

While I have spent a good amount of money here I have also won big more than a couple times. And by big I mean I've won 20k, 50k, and 60k. I've never had any issues withdrawing my winnings, they actually make it very easy specifically with crypto. Any issues I've had are handled quickly and easily as well. I used this site for a while. But one day I got a notification in my account and word for word it says, time to play with a free boost dated July 18th 2026. We're giving you a boost to get your next adventure started. And its completely free Log in to get your hands on a #30 bonus and use it on your favorite games. near the bottom it says terms and conditions: 40x rollover required then at the bottom it says Expires July 25, 2026 today is July 21st. I go to click claim since I am already logged in and in my account is where I find this, it takes me to the rewards area but nothing happens so I spent a hour on chat to figure out why it won't load, but cant get it figured out then after I get home I log back on same thing. then after clearing my cache and doing everything I was told because maybe it was my device, then when I get back on chat, the person is very rude saying they werent going to give it to me and rudely tells me that they aren't talking about the bonus anymore is there anything else they can help with. now if it was a email I would understand but I was on their site looking in my account area where they send me personal messages for just me and that is where I found this. also I have spent a lot of money with these people over the years but I never had issues because the games are good but I can find those games everywhere. but once I decided to claim a bonus even if there was a issue and I wasn't eligible they didn't have to be so damn rude. you would think with the millions of dollars these people take in every day that they would want to keep a customer who spends half their paycheck on this site every two weeks. thousands of dollars every month, right in their pockets and they want to be stingy over a measly $30. not me, not anymore. take your money to the real casino because at least their you can cause a scene. these guys just get to be jerks and there is nothing you can do about it.
