Fantastic service
We ordered a new intergrated microwave on bank holiday Monday at 10:30pm and it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Fantastic service and price and would highly recommend using this company.

All round excellent experience
All round excellent experience. Item purchased was cheaper than anywhere else, and arrived within 2 working days.
Despatch comms could have been a little speedier, as this was only received the morning the item arrived rather than upon actual despatch.
Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this store again in future.

Built in microwave
I was dubious about ordering a built in microwave online as you can't see it and only have the pictures online to go by. I done my research and this company was the cheapest by far for the same product. I found ordering easy,I had emails to let me know when the microwave should be arriving.
DPD should have delivered it within 2 days,but sent it to their depot in Sheffield and when it was finally delivered 4 days later it was smashed!!!!...I was so disappointed but got in contact with Smart Appliances who went above and beyond,I can't thank their customer services enough,they had a replacement sent out the following day...I would definitely recommend buying from them.

Items arrived well packaged and in perfect condition! Only pointer I would say is that it arrived in two separate orders which was a little bit of an inconvenience as I hadn’t been told this so panicked that there was an issue and contacted you guys but received no reply ! Would definitely order from here again though
