New Washing Machine installation
My mum bought a new Hisense washing machine. The Hisense team came over and installed the new machine in a jiffy. No mess, no fuss. Noel was very effecient and professional. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely suggest Smart Appliance Centre to others for any repairs or installation needing to be done. Thanks Noel.

Bought a tv on 11/11/25 and from day 1 it’s faulty with blown pixels. 9 weeks later I still have a broken tv, which has been replaced and returned with the same fault.
Liaising with this company is beyond frustrating. Nobody answers the phone so don’t even bother. Emails are responded to every 3-5 days and a discussion that should be resolved in 2-3 hours, is drawn out over 2-3 weeks.
Dont touch this company. Looked to save £50 off a £900 tv and all that’s really happened is I’m angry, and ive been ripped off.

They claim they sell factory seconds but sell you second hand crap.
Bought a Hisense upright fridge (Discontinued factory second LMFAO) When I got it home, I could see it was not right. Marks in the fridge walls. Marks and scratches on the glass shelves and door shelves. The compressor kept on working, did not stop. Temperature went to 3 degrees c. Tried adjusting the thermostat but it went from 3 degrees c to 8 degrees c and nothing inbetween. Contacted them three days later, only to be told it was my fault, that I did not know how to use the thermostat. (WTF??) Asked to return and get a refund. Told outright NO!!! And I was warned they will not tolerate insults. I said nothing for them to say this. It dawned on me later that they have done this to many people for them to say this to me. Told them about Consumer Guarantee Law Section 56 and told me they will be happy to see me in court.
Next step, I am contacting Consumer Affairs to get involved.

I bought a Tv from Smart Appliances UK Limited and it stopped working after 1 year. So i sent a message asking how lone the warranty was for. Sent first message on the 29th oct no reply tried again on the 25th nov and still no reply which shows once they got your money they have no more interest in their customers. Very disappointed. Will never ever order from this company again and remember you only know a good company when something goes wrong and how they deal with it. In this they did nothing not even reply.

So if you want your TV delivered in a black bin bang Smart Appliances are your people .
Now when the bin bag arrives containing the battered box these two nice men who unpack it do it for a reason . Initially to distract you from the battered box but importantly to ensure the screen works !!
You have been warned . The old maxim you get what you paid for .
Disappointing Experience: Lack of Communication and Timely Delivery
I placed an order for a television on February 13th, and as of today, nine days later, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the delivery. The television was intended for an important occasion, and its absence has caused significant disappointment.
I strongly advise against utilizing the services of this company, as my experience has been unsatisfactory. Regrettably, I discovered similar negative reviews only after placing my order; had I known earlier, I would have chosen not to proceed with this transaction.

worst company ever
booked oven in last week Tuesday,
was told prior to booking in that it would take 2-3 working days,
have had to phone in repeatedly to try and get feedback and still do not have any feedback, the ladies who answer the phone all say they will call back shortly but never do. I chose smart appliance centre based on the promised lead time. this is now overdue and i still have no idea what's going on.
Have now had a call from a lady who had an absolute tantrum about my honest review worst customer service ever absolutely rude with no integrity all because a customer dare ask for feedback. will also be contacting Hisense and informing them about this

Do not buy from this website. 48 hours after purchase we had an e-mail saying product had been dispatched to the couriers. 3 weeks later still not heard a thing despite e-mailing Smart Appliance numerous of times with a reply to all correspondence, BE PATIENT we will reply in 48 hours!! Still nothing. DO NOT BUY unless you have money to throw away!!!!

Sadly customer care at smart appliances online is beyond bad!!!
Ive been fobbed off twice and now ignored.
We bought a Smeg bean to cup machine which was fine to begin with but started to act faulty after 2months or so. I have been told to contact Smeg directly, which I did, to check if the machine has a fault. (Which took ages to find out how all the policies of the two different companies work)
It turns out the machine is faulty.
We have been unhappy with the coffee machine most of the time we’ve had it and would like a refund or a voucher as we wouldn’t like the same product again after the experience we had with it.
Neither Smeg nor smart appliances online want to help with this and keep pushing us around between each other.
So frustrating. I don’t recommend the coffee machine and I will never
buy from smart appliances online again.
Ordering and having the product sent to us was easy and quick but if you are unlucky like us and end up with a faulty product You are in trouble with Smart appliances online as no one seems to really care or be willing to help!!! (Unlike they ‘pride’ themselves on their website.)
