Great value and very good customer service!
I am very pleased with the service and value I have received from this company. I found them through a google search. My original order got damage by the courier and I was given a more expensive upgrade to say sorry for the wait. The upgraded LG OLED is great. It was brand new - the tv records it's viewing hours and it was zero. They use a specific courier company who will bring the tv into your house, they open it up to check that it is not damaged and take a photo as proof and confirm if everything is ok with yourself. Our remote control developed a fault after a couple of weeks. I emailed the company and got a prompt reply saying to mail the remote back to them for checking and to see if a replacement was needed. The very next day after sending, a brand new sealed remote control arrived in the post - great service. When we originally ordered, the company can be slow to get back to you because they are a small outfit. I have read that this worries people and other people have had messages about damage goods in transit. It did worry myself because people had said the company is a scam. I was patient and gave them time to respond. I can definitely confirm that this company is not a scam. My TV was very cheap compared to other retailers and I was even lucky enough to get upgraded. The TV was new with no marks, still had sticky tape on the screen edges etc. I think the boxes are opened by the company to check them and they pair up the smart remote control so that the TV is ready to use without any smart remote pairing issues. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them if you want a very good deal. Just be a little patient with email responses.

Cheapest by far from all the online…
Cheapest by far from all the online providers for the 65” TV model my son chose for his gaming. We were given the option for a bracket instead of the stand which was another bonus.
Excellent communication regarding the confirmation of the order and the delivery date and time. Which was all under a week.
The delivery was seamless and they unpacked the TV tested it and took away all the packaging.
I am really pleased and would recommend this company.

Purchasing LG 4K TV from Smartapplianceuk
I purchased an LG 4K TV from Smartapplianceuk June 2025. After purchasing on their site I received the usual receipt email which also told me I would be contacted by the courier with a suitable date for delivery. In my case certain dates were not suitable but we managed to find a date which suited us both. On arrival with my TV we opened the packaged and powered up the TV to ensure it worked before he left. They may be in financial trouble!
I ordered a Samsung Frame TV after discussing the lead time with James, one of their staff members. He assured me it would arrive within 7 days and even sent a payment link. However, they did not dispatch the TV, and it never arrived.
I spent three weeks trying to contact them to report the issue, with no reply whatsoever. They claim to reply within 24-48 hours, which is clearly untrue. They also claimed my emails went into their junk folder, which is another obvious lie. We had no communication issues during the sales inquiry, and a direct reply to their email would not end up in a junk folder. This is a pathetic excuse; what professional company isn't capable of checking their junk folder for weeks on end? Smart Appliances UK, you need a better excuse for your unprofessionalism.
I finally received a response only after instructing legal action and speaking to Trading Standards – funny how that works. They then advised they'd have the TV to me within a few days, yet again, it did not turn up. This happened a few times. Long story short, I eventually got my money back. The whole process took about a month, and a lot of my time was wasted on emails and follow-ups.
The director contacted me via email and informed me they had been dealing with multiple issues, and he'd had to "cash inject" funds into the company to overcome these issues. Obviously, this is a massive red flag.
The director offered to send me the fiber cable, which we urgently required before the TV's installation. I asked him to give me his word that this would be with me within a few days if I placed the order again. They did not reply, clearly demonstrating they cannot keep to their promises.
I highly recommend you do not trust this company with your money.
Smart Appliances UK, if you dispute any of this, I will post our email chain for everyone to review for themselves.
