I wish I had read these very poor reviews before I had bought the Vitality watch in November. It did work for about 7 weeks and then the screen went completely blank. It hasn’t worked since. I’ve written several e mails and only one was replied to, which sent an automatic reply on how to return it. However the link wouldn’t open if you had had the watch for longer than 30 days. I’ve tried to send 4 more e mails since with no reply. So now I’ve realised that I spent £66 for a watch that lasted 7 weeks. I will make sure I disconnect my phone to the app. Do not buy a watch from this company.

Smartbodywise high-efficiency heater is a scam. They claim to have some magical metals that use electricity more efficiently. Total blather. Plugging in a blowdryer is just as efficient. It does produce heat so at least there is that.
Understand warranty process before purchasing!
Purchased in October but kept as a Christmas present from my wife. Worked for 2weeks, all functions, but now display is unreadable. Have tried emailing support 2 days ago. Nothing on website re dealing with faults. :-( Hopefully they will reply soon and I can give a better review!

Poor customer service. No response to emails
I purchased the watch and took delivery more than a week later. Within 2 days not all the features advertised were functioning, namely ECG and continuous monitoring of heart rate etc. I sent an email the customer services more than 2 weeks ago. I have received no reply. I initiated a return for refund but received an automated email that the request was being processed. I sent a reminder but more than a week has elapsed. No reply has been received. This should serve as a warning to buyers. Customer service is poor and there is no other contact apart from email.
Battery life is miserable
Battery life is miserable. Spends more time on the charger than on my wrist. Tried to contact supplier for help or a refund - hopeless service, their email address does not work. All they want to do is SELL SELL SELL and tell BS about the watch.

My watch had readings on it when I got it,? it took one reading for blood pressure, heart rate and O2 then just repeats it every time you try and get a new reading. The sleep app doesn't work at all, and the battery only runs for the first 60% then stops. keeps time reasonably well and the different faces are a nice touch. But for what I purchased the watch for, it is a complete waste of money. I would advise you not to buy this expensive watch, you will be disappointed. I would give it no stars if it was possible.

I received the email from a friend as he knew that I was in the market for a smartwatch. Read all about it and was proceeding to 'Checkout' when I noticed that Paypal was not an option and the automatic entry was for your credit card details. I know that Melbourne is very multi-cultural but I didn't know that they had their own "China" within their borders.
Nice try - but I'd like to think that I'm getting more switched on to you scamming little sc##bags.

Same experience as other reviews. Tried 3 times with different Apps which did not recognise this watch. Their Web contact is rejected by server. Supposed to be a 30 day guaranteed money back but despite 2 e-mails they do not respond. Return request was 29 November and said I would be contacted after review. Their customer relations is appalling. Wish I had read the 89% one star reviews before I bought it.
Just feel they are waiting for the 30 day deadline and will not give me a refund as time expired.

Ordered this watch on the 25th of November as of yet not received it the tracking dont seem to work.After reading the reviews on Trust Pilot I dont hold up much hope I just hope I can claim the money back from my bank £64.00.Watch arrived today 7/12/23 watch this space for a review.

Brought this watch because I thought they were genuine company.
After waiting 12 days the watch eventually arrived. Followed the instructions to the letter. It never charged up. Not a hint of a green light. Not even after 7hrs plugged in on charge. I downloaded the app. Blue tooth couldn’t find the watch .
I emailed the company through their contact on website. Each time I got a mailer demon reply saying email undeliverable. Every time.
I have requested a return and refund. No response. I shall be contacting my bank.
So very disappointed
