Smart Carship just shipped 2 vehicles from USA to UK. Mitchell James was the Agent handling it all. We could not be happier with Smart Carship and especially Mitchell. He kept us informed from Day 1 to pick up in Liverpool, UK.

I was extremly pleased with the work that Jennifer Wilson did for getting my 1923 T-Bucket from Missouri,to South Carolina, as promised and in perfect condition. Even with all the problems that we had with the seller, she kept on top with getting the pick-up and delivery, with no hesitation on her end. I would highly recommend her with all your shipping needs. I will definitely use her in the future with all my shipping needs with no second thoughts.

I am extremely pleased and impressed with the service of Mike Miller he pick our vehicle on the time and delivered is on the time I prefer to work with this company again.

About once a year I ship a car or two. Since I ship to differant locations and am infrequent i do an internet search before I committ. Same with this time. Did the search, compare prices, talk to a few of them. Decided to use this company, signed the contract paid the deposit, arranged to have the car picked up. Pick up date came and went. Called to see what was going on. They screwed up and rescheduled for the next day. Next day, couldn't do that either. Nor the next day. Tried to reschedule for the next week. Next item was the new price. Seems they couldn't ship for the contracted price. New price would be about 300% of the contracted price. I said NO! They told me that I had to accept the new price as the contract price was only an estimate. I said no LOUDer. They told me too bad. I told them that I would ship for the contracted price with a slighly revised pickup date. They told me I had to pay the new (about 3 times) the original amount. I said NO again and I proposed that if they would not honor their original price they should refund my deposit and I would do business with someone who would honor the contracted price. They said they would not refund the deposit.

I gave them one star. Frankly this is too high. Not sure why anyone would do business with them. This was the San Fransisco office. This was terrible!

This company is a Total SCAM....do NOT book with them, they take your money and say they have a driver when they dont.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very helpful. Clear and useful information was provided throughout. Highly recommend for reliable transportation!

They were on time very courteous and did not waste any time getting the truck to my destination. Customer services outstanding!

Agent was always checking with meall the whereabouts regarding the pick up and drop off of the vehicle

I am extremely pleased and impressed with the service I’ve recreived. Scott Spencer found the best option to ship my car at the price that was unbeatable compared to other companies. Scott was able to secure the enclosed trailer at the price of open air trailer. The driver was professional and polite. I’ve received over 100 photos of my car along with the route updated. I highly recommend Scott Spencer and will use him again for any future car shipments!

Last interaction was a text they sent me on 3/8/25 asking me if I wanted to ship the vehicle that I had already driven down myself last April because I lost all trust in their company. So much so, I cancelled my credit card to avoid any unauthorized charges.

8b)It must be clearly documented on the BOL [Bill of Lading] and signed by the driver without exceptions. If there is damage during transport, the client must note it on the final inspection report, pay the remaining balance stated in the agreement, and then contact the carrier's main office and their insurance company. Failing to note any damage on the final inspection report releases the carrier from any liability and voids the ability to file a damage claim.
9) A non-operational fee of $150.00 will be charged for all non-running vehicles. This fee will be included in the final quote provided by SMART CARSHIP LLC. If the vehicle becomes non-operational during transport, the fee will be applied to the original quote. The final quote will be given to the customer at the time of dispatching the carrier for vehicle pickup.
10) While SMART CARSHIP LLC. aims to promptly provide a carrier for vehicle transport according to your instructions, we cannot guarantee specific pickup or delivery dates. A cancellation fee of $200 will be charged for orders cancelled within 7 days
of the requested available pickup date. SMART CARSHIP LLC. is not responsible for rental vehicle expenses, nor will it be liable for any mechanical or operating failures of your vehicle. The shipper agrees to pay the quoted price to SMART CARSHIP LLC. for delivered vehicles and will not dispute the payment via credit card chargebacks. This agreement and any shipments are subject to all the terms and conditions of the carrier's tariff and the uniform straight bill of lading [BOL], available at the carrier's office.
11) To enhance the convenience of our services, we are pleased to inform you that we are now accepting reservation payments through Cash App, Apple-pay and Zelle. These secure and widely-used platforms aim to provide you with a seamless and efficient experience throughout your transaction process.
12) This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and shall be construed in accordance with them. The parties agree that any legal action arising from this agreement must be filed in a jurisdictional court, and SMART CARSHIP LLC liability is limited to the broker's fee only. The client submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any right to jurisdiction in any other location. By accepting the transport terms provided by SMART CARSHIP LLC., the client authorizes a small down payment via credit or debit card, check by phone or mail. The client understands that the remaining balance is due upon delivery and must be paid in full by cash, cashier's check, or money order to the authorized transporter.

This company is a scam they really suck.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This company is a total scam. They took my money and never moved my car. Excuse after excuse. Run from these fraudsters!

SCAM don't trust this compony, not keeping agreements and any words that saying or promising

Original schedule was for a Friday. They called back to say it would be 1-2 days later. Then they called back and tried to raise the price. The office worker said the driver was asking for an additional $1599 on a $675 ship. I cancelled the ship. They can keep the deposit of $175. Wanted to charge a cancellation fee of $200.
