Great car transportation company I highly recommend 5/5 stars great communication and safe transaction payment methods. I will definitely use this company again when I need to have a future car delivered. Jennifer Wilson really did great job of communicating throughout the whole process from the start of the pick up to the end of the delivery.

Patrick Wilson of Smart did a great job of getting my pick up shipped from Florida To Virginia. Smooth transaction in a very timely manner. Would definitely use again.

I had an awful experience with this company. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. This was maybe my 6-7th time shipping my car in my life. 1. as you'll see by other reviews- they'll tell you you're locked in to one price, and then they'll bait and switch you for more money and blame it on the actual shipping company (smart carship is a 3rd party). Don't trust their guarantees. 2. They tell you you will have a 24-48 hour notice before a truck comes to get your car- don't believe that either. They're going to find whoever they can to ship it. I was given a 2 hour warning- I wasn't home. Because of this, they then found me different truck, but claimed this one was more expensive and I should've gone with the earlier one. I had to haggle them down, still paid $300 higher than the original quote. 3. Here's the kicker. The driver (after already having my car and en route to me across the country) was delayed 2 extra days for "water pump" issues on their truck. I missed work because of it (I travel for work). When I eventually got my car, and got it home, I noticed spray paint underneath my rear bumper. They hit and cracked my bumper. I don't know if they replaced it, or just patched and covered with spray paint. Sneaky as hell and wrong. I had signed my Bill of Laden already, not thinking to check underneath the car, though I did walk around all of the 4 sides. That's on me, but also on them for being dishonest. I don't think there was ever a water pump problem on their truck.
SmartCarship scams like the rest, and when they said they'd help me with my claim, I got no call backs or anything. Shame on them
All in all, I don't recommend this to anyone!!! Stay away if you can.

They claimed a truck would be here within the hour. Nobody showed up. I asked them to cancel my order so I could go to another provider but they've failed to do so and that means no other truck will take my order. They've screwed me over with both their incompetence and their obstruction

Do not trust this company. They violated the contract. We agreed on a detailed quote of $875 through email, signed the contract but on the delivery date, they nearly doubled the price without justification. Completely dishonest and unprofessional behavior.

The quoted price is not what actually happened. They performed a classic bait and switch. They quoted me one price and stated they could not find a driver. And then tried to charge me significantly more money. And then they refused to refund the money when they couldn’t perform their services. I do not ever recommend using a company like this or any similar companies.

This company is not legit. Mike specifically should not be trusted. I requested a quote from the company and kindly declined due to their rates. Mike continues to harass me with unsolicited messages. I called him last month asking him to refrain from contacting me. He said he would stop when I told him I would write a negative review. He just started harassing me again today. I'm not sure Mike is stable.

Ken Anderson was on the ball with all the information I was looking for. It might not be till Dec. befor all decisions are made about our business move.

Patrick worked very hard to find me a carrier very quickly, and stayed with me until the driver was assigned. He made follow up phone calls to ensure the process ran smoothly. High recommend this company.

We were told they'd pick up the car the following day. A week went by and no driver. And they increased the price from $400.00 to $800.00. In the end, we cancelled and my husband had to fly our and drive the car back. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEYRE NOT LEGITIMATE

These guys quoted me $625. Charged me 150 nonrefundable and then said someone will be by tomorrow to pick up the vehicle.

Three days later, my car still hadn’t been picked up and allegedly they hadn’t found a driver even though they said they had one…

On the third day, they said they finally found someone, for $1500. I asked why on earth they think I would pay that and they said well. The average rate is about two dollars a mile.

They know exactly how long the trip is, so why on earth are they quoting me $625 when they know my trip is 1000 miles?

My car needed to be picked up or it was gonna get impounded so they were trying to pressure me into getting the job done for 1500 which is absolutely outrageous
