I have had to have more teeth out and both mr Bialowas and his assistant, always talk me through what is happening and give me time, best dentist I’ve had since returning to going to dentist all staff are helpful and caring would highly recommend if you have a fear of dentists, great service

The appointment lasted approx 3 minutes…
The appointment lasted approx 3 minutes after waiting for over half an hour. Did not see my usual dentist, felt there was little interest shown rather they wanted me in and out without propery examination which was not what I have experienced before at this practice.

Professional and good customer service.
I found the dentists and receptionists at this practice to be very polite, helpful and professional. They don't recommend anything unnecessary. I only went for a check up and never needed any further work so I cannot comment on any other treatments, but every aspect of their service I experienced was spot on.

Pleasant staff and excellent service
It is a lovely, clean and comfortable dentist. The staff are all very pleasant and the dentist was very good and reassuring explained everything she was doing from start to finish and I didn’t feel a thing 😊
