Pleasant staff and excellent service
It is a lovely, clean and comfortable dentist. The staff are all very pleasant and the dentist was very good and reassuring explained everything she was doing from start to finish and I didn’t feel a thing 😊

Dr Little retired this year who I have…
Dr Little retired this year who I have seen for 15 years or more. The dentist who has taken over made me welcome and feel at ease and was confident in the advice given and the inspection. Looking forward to a continued long term relationship with the dentist. The hygienist is always good and once the task is completed will give good advice on cleaning one's teeth until the next visit. Was an emergency appointment and I am not a patient here but I was treated with kindness and empathy. I also had to bring my baby along and all the staff were wonderful keeping him smiling while I got sorted. The dentist I saw was brilliant and talked me through all my options moving forward. Very happy with the care I received

Customer Service
The customer service at front desk was below par. No friendly standardised greeting. I had to repeat my question several times and when booking my children’s appointment when I asked if I would receive a text message the receptionist was distracted and did not give a clear answer.
That said - an appointment was readily available at my convenience. It’s just communication and customer service could be much improved.
When I went into the dentist - I could hardly hear what the dentist was saying. It was very disconcerting. Her checking of my teeth was lack lustre and I had to advocate for a filling repair to one of teeth. There was no clear explanation of the procedure. The other damaged tooth I felt she could not be bothered dealing with. This happened last year too. Overall the practice could do with cleaning up and better lighting. And costumer service could be much improved.
I would like to point out that- my waiting time was minimal and it was very efficient- just not a pleasant experience overall.
