Feel that as a NHS patient I’m not…
Feel that as a NHS patient I’m not given top class service. The special filling put in at base of molar broke off within 6 days. Dentist was very nice but it’s as if as a NHS patient he has to hurry and get appointment over quickly. Also I had a half hour wait over appointment time.

Came for a hygienist appointment made…
Came for a hygienist appointment made to wait for over half an hour, and then directed elsewhere for my hygiene which was done in about 5 minutes so being charged £55 I won’t be booking extra hygienist appointments in future .

We’re a little concerned, as the fee you mentioned doesn’t match our hygiene pricing, so we’d like to make sure you were seen at our practice and not at another practice with a similar name.
