Not sure this saved me as much time as I had hoped, but it was easier to compile my report promptly. Adding the photos was easy. I would've liked to have been able to select from pull-down menus, comments which I use repeatedly across the rooms, e.g. "freshly painted matt magnolia" and "white gloss" etc.

Great app, really useful for landlords and agents who want to save money and prepare their own inventories. This app is comprehensive and provides the tenant with a professional inventory which is comparable to those provided by professional inventory clerks. It's great value for money

it sometimes freezes up on my samsung phone..... but overall not bad.. early to comment only started to use it

Who needs a letting agent?
After a year of using a letting agent, which was not a positive experience, I decided to go it alone. I did a practice inventory and reworked it on my desktop and found that the process and result were outstanding. My new tenant is now in place, we have a very detailed inventory. My tenant is happy as she was not charged a pile of fees. I think I paid around £18 for the level of service I needed from the app, which I consider to be a bargain.
