Smarter Inventories was my saver as I had used a different app and it failed on me twice wasting 15 hours of my time and effort and with two young children at home that is no easy feat. I was about to do it the old fashioned way with my own camera and word document but thought I would try this app & company instead. The reassurance it gave me with saving to my iPhone as I did it in their app too was amazing. The finished report is also amazing recommend already to loads of people.

A bit more complicated then I expected, seemed to be some repetition of questions (although I understand why)

Really easy to use for my inventory and check ins. Will be using all the time.

Very happy with the app and the simplicity of it, makes my job easy and swift.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the initial customer advice provided wasn’t as helpful on a workaround to my issue.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and easy to use program. I would recommended this company to anyone.

Excellent tool for professionals, easy simple tool and provides excellent reports - perfect for our business.

WASTE of TIME and MONEY!!!! VERY Annoying
They have not read the check-in report and sent a check-out report mentioning flaws that existed from the beginning wasting everybody's time.

Do not bother with them they only cause problems to tenants.

I would give minus stars if I could.

SUPERB SOFTWARE, EASY TO USE AND NOW AN ACTIVE PART OF MY BUSINESS.

Brilliant program.
I am very impressed with this program. It was quick to download onto my phone, and once opened it was idiot proof - I am a confirmed technological idiot! The program walks you through the inventory process, suggesting what needs to be photographed.
One word of warning - ensure you start with a fully charged phone as it can take some time once you start being as detailed as the program suggests.
I had previously paid about £150 for an independently produced inventory - this looks exactly the same. I will certainly be doing my own inventory from now on.
A brilliant product which I have already recommended to other landlords. I hope I never need to call upon it in a dispute, but I'm happy that it is there as backup.

5 Stars: Very easy to use and lots of great features as well, there are lots of payment options from one off payments to bundles something for everyone.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company or product.

Good app, easy to use and smart looking inventory

Very good app except I think certain rooms/items should be condensed to make it quicker to take photos and type descriptions, such as condensing: walls, floors and ceilings together, lighting and sockets. Doors.and windows etc. Instead of front amd rear garden make.it.just exteriors then subdivide into front and back.

Thought I would invest in making my businesses slightly more time saving.

I found the app very easy to use and the finished inventory looked very professional. Will use in the future and I highly recommend Smarter Inventories.
