I must admit the whole sales process made me uneasy and if I didn’t have a friend who was happy with her windows I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the sale. The ‘generous’ discounts offered only really brought the price down to that of competitors. I was told that it had a 10 year warranty but when you read the small print that only covers discolouration. After reading some reviews I questioned if we’re forced to leave a review and was told “of course not, that’s up to you “ but when you read the small print your warranty is invalid if you don’t. I was also told that there would be a 7.5% charge for paying by credit card which has been unlawful since 2018! I just felt very uncomfortable by the whole 2.5 hour process and there were a lot of calls backwards and forwards between the sales guy and the manager. I had to call after not hearing anything for 4 weeks, however I was called back after 5 minutes and given an appointment for the following week. The fitter turned up and was very polite and professional. I do love my new door and frame and I’m happy with the work and it was left very clean and tidy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with SmartGlaze for the installation of a new door and windows in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and expertise.
Their attention to detail was present throughout the whole project as they provided thorough information and a variety of options from the consultation phase to its completion.

Very good price for the window and door. Very good product and the fitting was great. All staff and the fitter was very helpful. I have now used them 3 times. The smart glaze is excellent and I highly recommend them.

Very good service. We're more than happy with the door. Aftercare service even better. The door needed little adjustment after few weeks of instalment which is normal. Sorted out by customer service in less than 24 hours.
Instalatuin guy very polite and QUIET, couldn't even hear his there ( I'm night shift worker).
Only down side , they are little bit too pushy about feedback hence that no maximum stars. Apart of that very recommended

The experience with SmartGlaze UK LTD was excellent from start to finish.
We rang for an appointment and got someone to come to measure up the very next day.
We requested for the windows to be done ASAP and if they could do them before Christmas it would be amazing!
They pulled out all the stops to accommodate this and fitted all windows and doors in 2 days!
The workmanship and finish is incredible and by far the best experience with a window company I've had.

The initial salesman was very helpful and answered all questions. The windows were made promptly and I was kept informed. Fitting was on time, even though I had to move the date, SmartGlaze accommodated the change. The fitter was professional and worked to a very high standard.
New doors and windows made are excellent quality and actually better than I expected
