Could not fault any of the correspondence and work done by KB Inspections. They are absolutely brilliant.

Scott arrived on time, carried out a very thorough inspection, he was tidy and explained everything through with us. He went above and beyond mine and my boyfriend’s expectations. The report was completed really quickly and outlines every details that needs rectifying.

Kelly’s communication was excellent and helped us through all the booking etc.

We cannot fault anything with our experience so thank you both so much! Hopefully we’ll have a better standard to the house with the detailed report as we can’t be fobbed off by our developer that “everything’s fine” when it’s all documented that it’s not.

Really pleased with the inspection report. Report is categorised based on the type of inspection undergone and in addition each and every issue is clearly photographed along with a concise description which makes it easy for anyone viewing it. The whole process from booking to completion was simplified using their online booking system. Worth mentioning Kelly who used to keep me in loop throughout the whole process. Scott who did the snagging was thorough and friendly who had to do it on a day of bad weather but still ensured each and everything is done properly. Definitely worth getting it done especially when buying a new build considering the benefits far outweigh the one time cost. Do wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a snagging survey done.

Really excellent. Great surveys, really thorough and well laid out, easy to read. We had a drone survey of the roof and a thermal scan of the inside of the house to check the radiators. Lots of issues that need rectifying that we would never have picked up on ourselves. Would highly recommend.

We received reminders for the appointment prior to the inspection date. The inspector arrived earlier than the booking time and spent more than 5 hours to carry out the inspection for our new build house. With his professionalism and modern technology, he found out issues that we would have normally overlooked or could hardly identify as a potential risk, all these are very helpful when we follow up with the builder. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Scott was a very friendly, helpful and professional inspector. He spent approximately 6 hours carrying out a very thorough survey of our new build property. He identified many issues which we will pass to our builders as our post build snagging list for their attention.

Very impressed with the service we received. Very knowledgeable with experience in bricklaying they were exactly what we were after to carry out our snagging report. Report was very detailed with pictures to show each imperfection and a write up. they also advised they were there to help afterwards if our builders refuse to correct the problems. Also sent us a few nice videos of an aerial view of our house taken by a drone. Highly recommend
