I've ordered 3 times from here and the samples have always been genuine (I bought full bottles from the first 2) I found communication to be very good and samples well packaged and dispatched promptly

Pretty terrible experience from what I thought was a reliable website. Ordered a couple of samples, and was informed that it shipped out a few days later. 2 weeks later, the package appears to have been lost in Jamaica (No idea why it ended up there), when it should have been delivered to Denmark.

I tried contacting through multiple channels, but have received zero response. I'm just glad it was not a bigger order.

(Edit: they reached out on here and quickly refunded me for my missing order)

Missing item. No way to contact.

An item was missing from my order. I tried to do everything to resolve it. But their "contact us" is also conveniently not working. There is no email or phone number contact. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Even if they manage to get your order correct, the fact that they are uncontactable is very shady.

I was delighted with my delivery of my favour scent Chloe Love of which was sadly discontinued. I’m so happy to have a little bit of my most loved scent back in my life. Thank you 💞

Llevo una semana reclamando el pedido por email, que realicé hace 18 días y nadie me contesta. Me siento estafada. Parece que compré en una tienda fantasma. Me envian publicidad todos los días pero no se dignan a contestar. Más de 100€ perdidos. Parece que el envío lleva parado desde el día 10 y no puedo hacer nada.
Me escribieron después de hacer este comentario. para contarme lo que ya sabía, que el pedido está parado desde el día 10 y que iban a hacer lo posible por reclamarlo, de eso hace cuatro días y no hay novedades. También me puse en contacto con la empresa de mensajería pero me hacen falta datos que sólo saben los de creedperfumesampler.
Ahora lo que quiero es que me devuelvan mi dinero.
Pesima atención al cliente.
Como se extravie el envío, dalo por perdido
Un mes después de hacer hecho el pedido y tras haberles escrito varios emails sin respuesta y escribir aquí la reseña, por fin llegó el paquete. Una pena que no me pueda fiar para el futuro, por la pésima atención al cliente.

I paid for the product - didn't get the shipment - nobody's reimbursing the payment either ...it's been 2 weeks from the order to get to me - 1 week from issuing reimbursement - nothing

update- they finally notified me about the shipment- which is on the way.
2 stars for poor customer service for waiting to get replied 2 weeks, including not notifying me before order that the 2 day shipping can be more than 2 week shipping

Realice un pedido en esta web el día 02 de marzo, finalmente me llego el pedido el día 17 de marzo, al abrir el paquete, comprobé que en vez de la muestra de Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man de 12 ml que pedí, me habían enviado una de 6ml, incluso aparecía indicado a mano en la factura enviada con el pedido, que por rotura de stock me habían mandado 6ml, sin embargo, yo no recibí la devolución de la diferencia, ni notificación de que me enviaran los otros 6 ml que abone, desde el día 17 les envié dos correos y a fecha 30/03 aun no se han dignado a contestarme.
Modifico la valoración porque el déa que escribí aquí, me enviaron un email y me devolvieron el precio del decant que llego con menos cantidad.

I’ve had a number of orders from this company, all delivered promptly with no problems. Great to get small quantities of expensive fragrance in small affordable amounts.
I have, however, had a problem. They sent me an incorrect order 2 weeks ago, I offered to keep this and suggested they sent me a very small sample of the one I actually ordered, I said I would definitely order more if I liked it. The small sample never arrived and out of 7 emails one has been answered promising delivery. I’ve now all but given up and on principle will not order from them again, unless this is sorted. Customer service sadly lacking.
Update: The company have been in touch and sent the sample plus some extra ones. I am assured these will be posted immediately. There are some really good things about this company, perhaps their customer response to problems needs improving, I guess they are very busy!

Ordered two samples and one of them was the wrong one. I contacted the seller immediately and got no response. Forwarded another email 6 days later, still nothing. I literally live across the street and was wanting to just swap out the samples. They do however send out a nice email after a purchase saying to contact them if you need anything, but seemingly that excludes refunds or any other queries. 2/5 because one of the samples is correct and seems genuine.

EDIT* got the correct sample today and a reply after it arrived. Changing it to 4 stars since it got quickly resolved. Just wish I had gotten an email earlier just to know what is going on. Thank you.

Excellent experience here. I ordered two samples, which arrived quickly, were very well packaged (and labelled!), and were undoubtedly genuine and fresh. I will definitely be placing more orders here in the future.
