Shame you cant give it minus stars no reply to emails, package hasn’t even been show as in transit how long does it take to prepare a toothbrush for shipping, joke company i wouldn't and wont recommend this company.. this review was done on the 19-4-2025..
a little update if anyone is thinking of purchasing still no toothbooth that was ordered over a month ago and also no response from merchant think twice people scam!!

Atrocious company. No replies to numerous emails. Weeks late dispatching. Please, please don’t waste your money. Money down the drain. *Editing to add on a final email saying I was going to leave a poor review they apologised and refunded.*

I have been using my brush for the last two months and have been so impressed I have bought one for my husband and two of the travel kits.

I ordered a sonic 360 automatic toothbrush. I take pretty good care of my teeth and at 36 I am yet to have a cavity or any fillings. There were plenty of reviews from people saying they loved the product too and their teeth were really clean, but after trying the toothbrush myself I am shocked at how anyone thinks it's good. It is TERRIBLE. Maybe for someone not so great with oral hygiene would think it works, but I use disclosing tablets every night before I brush, which stain old and new plaque in red or blue. This makes sure I get rid of every bit of placque possible. After using it, my teeth were still stained red. There were so many areas in untouched that I thought I must be doing something wrong. Watched all the videos and read instructions, after another 3 uses back to back I still had plaque showing!!!! My old electric toothbrush had my teeth sparkling after 2 minutes every time (unfortunately it finally broke after 7 years, hence this purchase). Ended up using a manual toothbrush I got for free when flying overseas which did the job thankfully.

I have emailed smileyclub about this asking for a refund. I have offered to send a video as proof (showing the disclosing tablets before and after Vs a manual toothbrush). They haven't responded, despite chasing them 4 times now.

I have left a review on their own website and suprise suprise, it didn't get posted. I hope everyone avoids this company and doesn't continue to line their pockets any more. Total scam artists 😠

Order 2 toothbrushes back in December paid for fast delivery. Heard nothing back from them until 29th January but then they still didnt follow up with me. So iam £80
Down and no show of any communication or delivery nothing.

Cheap rubbish and no customer care or returns policy whatsoever. Purchased a children's toothbrush which turned out to be cheap and not at all up to the standard advertised. There's no returns details given anywhere and no customer contact form. Have sent an email requesting returns details and no reply. I suspect this is a bit of a scam company.

Item didn’t turn up. Emailed countless times and no response. Please don’t waste your time. Lodged a complaint with my credit card company to recoup money.

Sold me a faulty water flosser, it kept turning itself on and it wouldn’t turn off. Been trying to contact smiley clinic regarding a refund or replacement and they just don’t reply. Scammers

I've had the same experience as everyone else, haven't received my order, haven't heard back from any of my emails, there is no phone number to call. Have had to contact my bank to cancel my payment.
It looks like their company registered name is ALBATROSS MORALS LTD and the current director is Daniel Bailey, the secretary is Giulia Wiggett, company Address 15-17 Church Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands.

electric toothbrush received ok but does not keep charge, have to recharge every use. have tried three times to contact them but they wont reply to my emails.has to be the worst customer services out there, would not recommend this company at all

Ordered two dinosaur toothbrushes three weeks ago now.
Have tried to email three times but no reply. Really upset and my kids are asking every day when are the toothbrushes coming.
This company is a scam. I am on to my bank today to get my money back but I have paid by debit card and it is looking tough. I do not believe this company even exists.
I NEVER got a refund or the goods. Please avoid this company the director is a complete thief Mr Dan Bailey! He seems to spend most of his time on social media bragging how clever he is and boasting how much money he is making. He has fake "likes" on there too mainly from India! Avoid this company, I thought I was streetwise but never did I think my money would just be blatantly stolen like this. I do not believe one word of all the 5* reviews that have started popping up in the last two months.
Steer well clear please if you cannot afford to be scammed.

Fantastic electric toothbrush that comes with durable heads and the battery lasts ages. Definitely better than my previous oral b. Great quality

Great amazing products son and husband love them battery life is great heads are durable and it will soon be time to upgrade sons and I will know where to shop

No goods sent. No replies. I had to eventually get my credit card company to claim the refund.

Awful company. Should be shut down. Please please avoid. If you do buy please use a credit card!

Wished I'd looked at the reviews before ordering. It seems it's a scam website, or at the very least one going to the receivers, as there's no way a company could be this terrible.
Placed an order, payment taken immediately, rec an email saying order sent out and to link it with the (another useless app) Shop. Did that, no information available. No date of oisti g out, no reference number, nothing. So...... Seems I've been had like everyone else here. If I don't receive toothbrush over the holidays, I will be placing a complaint with Consumer Rights or someone that can help investigate.
UPDATE. 23td Dec. I received a reply to my email, saying this Trust Pilot is 'unclaimed' and and they are sending g items out, just very delayed. They gave me a RM code. Surprise, surprise... It's not recognised by RM as one of theirs!

Still no sign of my order from Smiley Clinic from early November.
£90 down the drain. Six emails sent still no reply. Disgusting. These scammers are stealing people's money.
Just noticed they are now selling through Debenhams so obviously conning loads of other poor people. Avoid this company they take your money and never send out goods.

Would give 0 stars if I could, bought my 2 kids an electric toothbrush each on 21/11. Email states 3-5 days delivery, still nothing. Emailed the company twice and no response. Way to go scamming a single mother at Christmas time. Bogus company, don't order from them.

Did not want to rate at all not worth 1 star! Do not order from this website you will not receive your items!!
Also after I ordered my electric toothbrush that still hasn't arrived, they then took payment again from my bank. This website is definitely a scam!!
