I would actually give a four and a half the first installer forgot equipment and well after waiting a few days we followed through with a new installer... He was wonderful brought his wife to make me feel more secure she did all the paperwork while he made sure every thing was perfect then she taught me every thing and referred to it in the book to make sure I felt comfortable!!! They went out of the way to help me I truly appreciate it!!!
Now my home is safe!!!

The tech, Mr. David Lee, was very knowledgeable about the product. He explained everything well. He walked me through the process & made sure I had a good understanding about the product before he left.

Smith came out the same day I called and worked with me to get the right package.

David Lee was the technician that installed my alarm system. He was polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He was in and out in no time even installing a brand new system. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Installer was a few minutes late but did call during the time frame to let me know he was on the way.

My husband and I just bought a new home further away from the city. However, my husband was concerned with the family's safety and well-being. As he researched different security systems, he chose Smith Monitoring. Foremost, the price was great because it fit our budget. Plus, they elaborated on both the non-wireless and wireless systems. Also, they even accommodated specific concerns we had about our new home. Next came the installment of the security system. David Lee was polite, kind, and concerned with our well-being. He told me about both systems again and I decided to go with wireless. Let me tell you, it has been the best decision yet for our home. My husband gets notifications when the system has been armed and unarmed. The door dings when anyone leaves. My child enjoys checking the weather. The system has been so useful. I cannot wait to upgrade the system in due time with the extras.
