Smith Monitoring installed my system this weekend. They were quick, on time (window only 2 hours) and courteous. I like the ease of use of my system and love that I can monitor using my cell phone or computer at work. They took the time to education me on my system. I was price conscious and they worked with me to fit within my budget. It was a great experience.

I called Smith and informed them of my need for immediate service. They gave me a quote over the phone and came that same day. They were quick, efficient and the best price. I called three other companies and ALL THREE wanted to send a tech to do an estimate....then would schedule service. One of the larger competitors gave me an overview of the cost of general services. It wasn't until I told them of Smith's quote that they were willing to match it. The competitor also stated that they could not send out a tech that day.....until I told them that Smith could. Smith didn't need to hear about competitor's prices before offering the lowest price.
The techs were very polite, expedient, and thorough. I will definitely recommend and refer them to friends and family!

After some bad experiences with alarm monitoring companies, we sought out a trustworthy company to protect my mother's home. Smith Monitoring has an A+ rating at the BBB, so we checked them out. When I called, Sam was assigned as our agent, who coordinated the installation. We had a miscommunication that resulted in an accidental cancellation of the appointment, but when I contacted Smith, they were extremely courteous and professional in handling the problem and gave us a free month of monitoring for our trouble. The rescheduled installation went off without a hitch and the technician was there right on time and was very professional and friendly. He took the time to evaluate my mother's situation, answered our questions and we were very pleased with the experience. We look forward to many years of service from Smith to keep my mother's home safe and protected.

Smith Monitoring is fantastic! First off you can't beat the price from the start. They don't hammer you over the head with bells and whistles they allow you to explain what you want and need and then they go from there. Price wise they can't be beat! Even if your existing equipment is not adequate for their service as mines wasn't, they will discount their equipment and still come really close to honoring your original price. Plus they gave me 2 months free because the monthly total was going to be slightly higher than previously promised. I was harassed by the bigger company wanting $49.99 a month plus a large down payment, and Smith was cheaper without even trying to price compete! I can't complain, they sat there and explained every thing we tested everything and all is well!

I'm excited about my new home security system. I've never had this service and previously got quotes from other providers and I have to say Smith Monitoring was the most competitive price I found. I was switching my electricity provider and that's when this service was pitched to me. I'm glad they offered it to me because it was the best price I've found. The tech was very friendly and arrived on time during the window provided.

Contacted me ahead of time so that I would have time to drive to my rental property for the alarm system to be installed. I have dealt with a lot of business companies trying to sell me things in a rush -- Smith Monitoring's technician & sales representative explained everything I was signing with no "Sales Man" pressure. No gimmicks; no fine prints; everything I signed was what I had discussed earlier with the sales representative via phone.

The Technician cleaned up after his work very well and also advised us which location would be the best for the alarm box.

The Sales Representative was patient when allowing me to read all of the paperwork that needed to be signed. Both my tenant and my questions were thoroughly answered.
