Really good service and excellent…
Really good service and excellent delivery time.
i needed a replacement washer quickly and Smiths met all my requirements. I’m really happy with my Hairer washing machine. It’s very smart looking and is so quiet. The Wi-Fi link and app work really well and gives you further wash options. Even when you set the machine manually you get a notification to tell you when the cycle has finished. Very good indeed.

Item was delivered but was definitely pre-opened and not packed properly with broken polystyrene. Thankfully the parts were all present and the unit is operational. Fingers crossed that it is functionally reliable !

Good pricing and excellent courier.
Clear communication with respect t to prove and delivery. The couriers are good, you can track the delivery which is very helpful.
I did expect to be able to get the prices via a telephone call, but email was “ok” and in truth worked efficiently, just different and probably more efficient for the supplier.

We saw this product in curry’s but much cheaper with you so could handle it and see what it was like .
Excellent air fryer used every day since it arrived . Yes it’s bulky but this stack one definitely suits where we have placed it in outlet kitchen and it can stay in place without putting it away .

Buying at Smiths - A great experience!
Couldn't have been smoother buying from SmithsTV! I went to the store, armed with a shortlist of tv models I was interested in. Saw 2 of them on working display and had a demonstration with the staff giving me some good tips to help me choose. I was offered a great price against my selection of an LG 48" OLED, outdoing any online or national store! Never be afraid of shopping local and always ask for price match or better. I was so pleased with the deal I got and with the professionalism of the staff. This included the engineer who came to set up the tv a few days later. He connected my other av units and answered all my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend Smiths for tv and entertainment, not forgetting they also supply a full range of domestic appliances. First class service!
