Missing Wall Bracket
Purchased a qe83s85faexxu TV which clearly states that it comes with a Full Motion Slim Wall Mount Support (Y22). When opened TV to find this wasn’t in the box I call. Firstly the agent hung up pretending he couldn’t hear me. When I did speak to a different person, they advised the advert states it can be used with this bracket and offered no help other than to return TV.
This wasn’t really an option as I wanted to TV worked before calling.

Not an official online retailer (back-street trader)
They sold a DAB-radio with a mark on the top, as new, the mark from a sticky price-label and I know the mark was from such a label because I had phoned one of their outlets and they had said that a radio of that brand and model was on display.
Then they wouldn't allow a return, the wrong parcel-label provided.
And they wouldn't give the money back, either, despite letters to sue as obtained via the CAB.
I later found out that the company is involved in insurance fraud, in the area of televisions (along with two other companies).
It came to no surprise when Panasonic stated that Crampton and Moore is not an official distributor of their products.

We have always maintained—and continue to stand by—that you was provided with a brand-new radio. We arranged for our couriers to collect the item; however, collection was refused on multiple occasions, as you advised that you did not believe a refund would be issued.
As an alternative, we also offered for you to return the item yourself, with the assurance that we would reimburse the postage costs.
Since then, you have posted a number of reviews about our company and, on occasion, have made statements indicating that you may come to our store. We respectfully ask that all communication remains appropriate and constructive.
We must also address the claim regarding insurance fraud. Our company has never been investigated for this, and our name was not involved in any such matter. These statements are incorrect and potentially damaging, and we ask that they are not repeated.

Delivery wasn’t delivered on designated day. Received a text to say the were delivering on the 4th April and then another to say it will be 11th April. I’ve tried calling but no answer.

Having reviewed the tracking, I can see that the original delivery attempt was unsuccessful as a smaller van was required. The delivery was initially scheduled for 4th April; however, unfortunately, a system error prevented this from going ahead as planned.
We have now requested for this to be escalated, and the delivery will be closely monitored on 11th April to ensure everything proceeds smoothly.
