Scam do not buy. Placed an order a week ago with 48 hour tracked delivery. Have contacted them multiple times for delivery info but they have just ignored my messages. Will be seeking full refund via my bank.

Ordered same day delivery and still waiting for my delivery. Been three days since ordering

Have no idea what is up with this company they have gone down hill emails bounce they don’t answer calls spent nearly £80 and still haven’t received my items no one answers the phone and now I’m stuck not knowing whether I’ll get a refund or not never had issues previously but now it’s like they don’t care

I ordered from this company on October 31st at 10am and paid for same-day delivery, promised by 7pm. It never arrived. I understood it was Halloween and might be busy, but over the next few days I couldn’t reach anyone—emails bounced, and calls went unanswered.

When I finally got through on November 3rd, the man I spoke to was polite and said my vape and juice (plus some freebies) would arrive in 1–2 hours. Over four hours later, only the vape showed up—no juice, no extras.

I had to go out and buy juice elsewhere the next day. Overall, terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

When I first moved to the area.
I wanted a new vape and I was explained about the different vapes in detail . The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful and even got a free vape juice had a posative experience .

My order never arrived! Ive phoned them 4 times. Was told that they were sending my order free of charge for an apology but still haven't received anything!! This company is a joke!! Don't waste your money!! I was told that they would sort a refund 3 weeks ago and I've had to go through my bank because this didn't happen!

Been a week and still waiting for my confirmation that my order has been dispatched. Paying for Tracked 24 seems pointless. Sent numerous emails asking for the whereabouts of my parcel and haven’t received anything from them back. Disappointing.

Would give no stars if it was an option.took my money but have not received the vape juice.maybe the juice was out of stock or they didn't have enough to fulfill the quantity I ordered,but they haven't replyed to any of the emails I sent so I assume they have just taken my money for nothing.AVOID THEM.!!. IT COSTS NOTHING TO KEEP A CUSTOMER INFORMED

Never received my order, got no response when trying to contact. Ordered on 2nd if august 2025 it’s the 7th and still nothing
