We had a wonderful time. Location was convenient for shopping, eating, and sight seeing. Our cabin was very clean and dog friendly for my 2 lb little Yorkie Lacy! The only problem was the TV had parental locks and could only watch PG channels in the living room area.

I absolutely loved staying in my cabin. I will definitely be staying there again. It was so peaceful and beautiful. It was also fully stocked. Just like coming home for a peaceful weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay here and loved our cabin, Snuggled Inn! It was just what we needed and we thank colonial properties for helping us find it! They had lots of options to choose from and for everything done on time!

We haven't been to the cabin yet but the staff has been very helpful so far.

This will be the second time we have stayed with Colonial Properties.
On our first stay, we had a problem with the rental unit, Colonial stepped up and moved us to another rental, which was an upgrade, at no charge. It was a wonderful staff, and they called to make sure everything was good. We will use them again and again. Thanks for making our stay in the Smokey Mountains Great.

I have stayed through them several times and each time it was very satisfactory. I prefer the condos because I don't like driving high up in the mountains. They are members of the BBB as well so that was definitely a plus as well.

Seemed I was rushed through my inquiry call. I guess I got enough info as I did book a rental I had been interested in. I just feel it was not a "personal experience".

The lady that I spoke to went way and Beyond to be very helpful and everything that I needed to know would definitely use this site again

It was a pleasure making our reservations. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking forward to our stay in June. We have rented in the past with Colonial Properties and never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I were there to celebrate our birthdays and we could not have picked a better place. The location was peaceful and secluded. It was romantic. The cabin was clean and everything we needed was there. My only complaint, is we wish we had more time there. But we will be back.

Easy to navigate through the reservation process. The site and team are very informative and I can't wait to spend some family time out in this beautiful cabin!
