Trusted and reliable company. I sent my scrap gold in a prepaid envelope and the next day I received a call with a quotation. They went through everything that I had posted and it was exactly the same that I had weighed. The price I was given was better than two other companies. SMP provide an impeccable service. Their scrap and lemel service is excellent. I wouldn’t trust anyone other company to do this as it is carried out in front of you. Melted down, assayed and valued without it leaving your sight. All staff are highly knowledgable and are very helpful. I have worked in the trade for over 25 years and would highly recommend.

I've been in the trade for almost 40 years and have been using this company for about five years now since a friend introduced them to me. I can't fault their extremely friendly and helpful manner in which the staff conduct business and I wouldn't even think of using another bullion dealer. I recently required an engagement ring and on learning they can provide this service. I was amazed at the speed and professionalism at which my diamond ring was produced. If you asked me to describe the business in one word, the first thing that comes to mind is Reliable . What can I say? 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work.
