Never received my box
It's April 12th and I haven't received my March box. Contacted 5 times via Email. They keep saying on its way. Yesterday they drafted m I need from my acct for April. I'm so mad. Customer service is impossible to reach. It's chat bots only. Ugh

I do NOT recommend. This business is awful. They do not understand customer service.
They do not understand how to aide in cancelling.
They do NOT understand how to help customers.
They just want your money.
They will do anything for a buck and anything to rip you off.
Do yourself a favor and skip this and go to your local ethnic market they probably have fresher stuff and better value.
I threw out almost everything in my box.
Don't buy.
You're gonna regret it.

Charged incorrect amount, no reply to fix, sold my data
I signed up for a 3 month subscription as a gift. The 3 month option was advertised with a discount. I made the purchase without issue, but the email receipt and credit card charge WERE DIFFERENT (more $) than the cart at checkout. I immediately contacted SnackCrate to cancel. I didn't hear back for 6 weeks, during which I submitted a dispute with my credit card company.
I had used an alias to sign up for an account at SnackCrate, which is unique to SnackCrate. I am now getting emails from other companies to that alias (CVS, Costco), which means they've either sold my information or they've been hacked.
I've never had such an awful experience with any company.

Wildly unimpressed with Snackcrate
Wildly unimpressed with Snackcrate. Boxes were always shipped after the end of the month. At some point the state dropped off my account and I stopped receiving boxes. Customer service is a joke. I asked about the unshipped boxes and when they messed with my account, I suddenly had a new pay per month subscription ready to charge me for more boxes. I got this 6month subscription as a gift and got 3 boxes and now just want to be done with snackcrate. Their website interface is also terrible. Definitely not worth the hassle.

The website leaves a lot to be desired, hard to figure out exactly what you are getting. Also, the delivery of my last two boxes was poor. Try another service if you want snacks.

Scam, Money-Hungry Company
I ordered via their 12 month subscription. The boxes I received were awful. I requested a cancellation. They wanted to charge me a fee just to cancel, a fee that was almost double what I paid originally. I canceled my card and they went through Visa to get my new card details, without my permission or knowledge, to charge me again. Scam company with terrible snack options. The worst I've ever worked with or used. Do NOT order or subscribe to them.

Please don't sign up! Im not sure how but they are able to upload your new card information onto your acc. I canceled my old card and still got charged on my new card. I never uploaded that card to avoid being charged so very crazy how they can do that! Now its up to my bank to block all their future charges as that is the last resort. Scammy business for sure and strange how they can find your info. Im not the only one. Check reddit.

I subscribed during a promotional time…
I subscribed during a promotional time with Snackcrate, however my issues are the only form of contact is email which the support team never returns; I have been trying to remove my personal information to stop getting charged however when I enter my information, I have no subscription thus hitting a wall, yet still get charged every month for their service. I have contact them with no prevail or resolution. Very dissatisfied.

Worst costumer service ever
Worst costumer service ever. I wanted to try a snack crate because i used to love it back in 2015. I wanted to try it out before committing to anything and signed up for the $10 snack crate. Worst mistake ever, they literally trap you by advertising a $10 box, while its a contract. In which if you want to exit, is $30!! This is the only company ever that charges to leave a”contract” that you dont even know is a contract. Ive been back and forth with customer service, explaining my situation and they have been nothing but smart asses and unhelpful. And have yet to receive the second box. Snacks are absolutely buns, literally can get most snacks at five below or at a mall shop.
Overall wish i could give 0 stars. They do not care about customers, very money hungry and scammy. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!! Go try universal yums, if you want good service.

Contracts trap you into paying for the product longer then you'd like. Only wanted to try for a month or two and now trapped in a year long contract

Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company. My 1st box was covered in mold and old products. I canceled my subscription and I'm still getting charged. I tried contacting their customer service and I get a this is not an email back. I clicked the link directly from their website. I'm filing a complaint with my bank to get my money back and to prevent them from taking anymore again. They should be shut down.

Just terrible
Just terrible! Charged me on December 1st. On January 3rd my December box has not shipped. Charged me again on January 1st and I assume I will struggle getting January's box. No response from customer service. I have disputed my December charge snd closed my credit card. How is this company still in business if they are continually screwing people?

They been trying to charge me $29.99…
They been trying to charge me $29.99 for 18 months with every two days trying to charge that $30 shame on u. I just wanted a $5 crate 2years ago unable to cancle on the website. No other subscription services make u complete the full 6months if not theyre gonna try to charge u for 2 yrs traifht evryday. now im unable to use my apple pay because who knows whenu scammers are gonna try to charge me again

Scam - Please DO NOT waste your $$!
First time customer and VERY costly mistake signing up. I made my first purchase ($260) a month ago and it hasn’t shipped yet. No updates, nothing. This was meant to be a Christmas gift so I emailed several days ago that if it is not delivered by Xmas Eve I want a refund. No response, despite the automated reply they try to respond in 24 hrs. Feels like a total scam that I will have to fight my bank with for a refund. Constantly get blasted with promotional emails though, so that’s fun!

Scam, avoid at all costs!
Just tried to sign up for 3 gift subscriptions. I ran into a lot of technical errors in the sign up process and now only 1 subscription is appearing in my account. I don't have confidence that these will actually be delivered, so I attempted to cancel, but there's no chat, no phone number, just an email address which is bouncing emails back because they're over their email quota with their hosting provider. So I have no way to contact them. You can see from their replies to reviews here that they're intentionally preventing unhappy customers from canceling orders, even when nothing has been shipped yet. Looks like I'll have no choice but to dispute the transaction.

Something is up with them...
Ordered an expensive box on Dec 12 (6 days ago). No word from them about updates. Chat on the website is down. Phone number is disconnected. Their emails are bouncing back. Almost feels like a full on scam at this point. No way to contact them, but still able to purchase items. Their Facebook page has users seeing the same thing from orders not even being shipped from over a month ago. Something is going on. If it's a busy holiday season issue (please just give a notice of that and make us aware of delays). Getting a bunch of eBlasts from them marketing candy and boxes they don't seem to plan on shipping. Feels wrong.

If we could give negative stars, we would. Totally avoid this company, Snack Crate. Seems to be a scam. We ordered $50 worth of candy on November 22, it is now mid-December, and nothing! No word from Snack Crate, no email, nothing. There is no customer service number, they do not provide a tracking number, do not answer emails. There is a "chat" feature on their website, which does not work; another scam. How does this company stay in business?
