Exceptional customers service - above and beyond
Good products are one thing, but good customer service is what keeps me coming back.
I recently bought from SnapWireless and had a great experience. The product was exactly what I expected, but what stood out was the support after the sale. I had a question and ended up communicating directly with the team. They were friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in resolving my issue.
In a world where customer service often feels automated, it was refreshing to deal with real people who care about their customers. Based on my experience, I’d happily buy from SnapWireless again.✅✅✅❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding Customer Support
My PowerPack Universal stopped working a little over two years after I bought it, so it was already outside the warranty period. Even so, a big call out to Gail, who went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly responsive, understanding, and genuinely committed to sorting things out. She looked into everything thoroughly and arranged a replacement as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to get this level of care once a product is out of warranty.
Very impressed — and very grateful. Highly recommended.

Superb power adaptor and power bank
I used this on a recent US trip. The detachable battery makes it extra useful. Power bank when I went out and power back at the apartment to charge items I left behind. The interchangeable plugs makes it ideal for international travel. Now it lives in my bedroom and the power bank comes with me day-to-day

Expensive garbage
Expensive garbage. Heavy. Bulky cary case, takes 3 days charge, and just died less than 17 months after purchase.

Not fully functional
Bought two power bank 2 Both units MagSafe doesn’t work properly.
Customer service is poor. Contacted them and send them videos. Got message that ‘A member of our team will be in touch with you to assist with the next steps’
Waited a few days. Nothing. Tried several times to email and online chat. Get the same message every time.
Update- Not long after this review they responded to my emails and were quick in sending me replacement units that work well. Thank you

Snap wireless power pack slim 2 charges only charges my phone 12% before it totally dies. It’s not worth my money at all. Was actually hoping it works better than what it says. Maybe I have a faulty one, I haven’t had it for long and only used it a few times. It’s very disappointing. I bought it for my daughter so she doesn’t run out of battery getting home from school. Not good at all. Not happy at all.

Excellent support, very caring and helpful
I was initially having trouble connecting my son’s phone to our new charger. But I emailed SnapWireless and managed to get it sorted out. Excellent support from the company and very helpful and caring.
