I have purchased a few items and love their compact chargers. I had an issue with one of my purchases and the team at snapwireless were amazing and sorted my issue out asap. I highly recommend this company for both their products and support service. I will be purchasing more for kids birthdays and Christmas off them.

Two year warranty means that we got a new replacement when ours was faulty. Excellent service and simple process. This is why I have five snap wireless products. A huge fan!

Bought a power bank from Snap Wireless and it performed great for over a year. Then it started having issues so contacted Snap and they have been wonderful. Niko has been communicating with me and he answers often within minutes and the whole process has been seamless. They are giving me a replacement power bank. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Snap and Niko.

Just ordered a 2nd PowerBase. Cant live without mine so hubby needs his own. Quality, robust and reliable product. Customer service is outstanding.

Unfortunately the charger does not perform as described. It’s fine, but much Cheaper options out there for better or same performance.

I have spoken to the team about the product as I thought it must be faulty however no fault was found and I was informed it is working as expected.

Recently ordered a PowerPack 2, after my first generation PowerPack failed(one of the integral, pivoting US pins broke off). Package shipped from Sydney, arrived in Brisbane the next day, then was lost by Australia Post. Snap were extremely helpful, firstly in engaging with AusPost ( no help from them, didn’t even offer to reimburse for loss) then offering to supply a replacement at no cost. The replacement just arrived (AusPost doing their job, finally). I notice the integral power pins are now fixed, with a slide on US adapter now provided. Should prevent a recurrence of the initial failure.
Thanks to Gail, of the Snap support team. Positive and timely support, and taking ownership of a problem which wasn’t their fault.

I bought the white Snap Wireless Portable Travel Charger around 7 months ago and the lightning charger and wireless charger started to malfunction a bit. Sent an email for help and received a prompt reply from Gail. Gail was incredible, very understanding and fast, asked for address within a day to send a replacement. When I asked if it could be to be sent a black replacement as the white gets a bit dirty easily, he replied yes and confirmed the shipping order within a day! Will definitely buy again from this store, great team, fabulous customer service. Thank you so very much!!!!!

Have had a couple of the Snap batteries ( all of which have been ok ) Had an issue with our last one and got in touch to see if they could help us out and they very quickly responded asking for us to send more visual info on battery, then came back to us saying that they’d replace with a new battery…. Great service … Thanks very much for such an easy experience with replacing old for new !!

Charging issues fixed! Bought the latest 4 in 1 charging dock. Seemed like the best solution for a digital nomad. Within a week the battery pack did not charge the phone when docked. A couple of emails were exchanged and a replacement is now on its way. No mucking around and quick response. Loyal customer. Gail was exceptional on the customer service front.

Repeat customer here 🙋🏻‍♀️. I have two of the 5in1 charging station and I take it with me when travelling. It’s so convenient with being an apple girly as I have too many things to charge. It comes with a 65W adapter so I also charge my switch 2 with it and it charges quickly. Shipping is quick as I live in Australia where it is based. Tracking is provided and links to your Shop account too.

Customer service is spectacular. Quick to respond and accommodating. I just had a fault with one of the chargers and reached out and thankfully it was covered by warranty. 😋 I’m very happy with the items I’ve purchased so far and love the entire team at SnapWireless. You can genuinely tell they value their buyers and their line of products.

I thought the concept of this device was great for traveling. So I bought one, I paid $177.. however the unit itself doesn’t even do a full charge on my iPhone, given the weight, size and cost you would think it would give me multiple devices to charge. My phone was down to 1%, my snap wireless charger was at 90% and it tapped out when my iPhone was 54% charged. My nimble at half the cost and size can do a full iPhone charge plus charge my Iwatch for a week. Waste of money, not worth taking on my trip if it can’t even do half an iPhone charge. I won’t ever buy a product from them again, noticed they had turned their facebook reviews off so wonder how many people have the same issue.

Absolutely super efficient with the warranty process... showed a video, explained the issue.. no questions asked and a new one is on the way in less than a few days of converstations... so impressed.. thankyou

I contacted SnapWireless as I had lost one of my adapters. I dealt with Gail, and she was exceptional from start to finish. Her communication was prompt and clear, and nothing was too much trouble. Replacement adapter on its way!

Well I have a problem with my luggage tracker the customer service is excellent so far? I just sent the details and already I have someone on to it. Nothing is fixed yet and it’s within the two years but do far so good
