I have been ordering Kits from soccerlord for the last few years, they are great quality and price especially as the kids grow up so quick and need to have new kits! well done soccerlord for helping footie fans have top kits for a great Price!

Product was very good quality and excellent value was delivered in a reasonable period of time name and number I requested on back all good.

The kit arrived & is spot on, a very happy daughter with her lionesses away kit. Fit good, sizing as stated, socks excellant.

Dislikes - no communication at all, tracking didn't work and no info at all as to length of time to expect to wait for delivery. Basically just total silence from order confirmation till it arrived 3 weeks after ordering.

Ordered a kit two weeks ago and still not received. Everytime I go into the chat they just keep saying there courier is picking it up that night,will never ever order from here again!

Ordered two football kits for my sons birthday, no email with delivery or timescale but expected it to be a couple of weeks. Nothing turned up and after three weeks I went onto their chat and they said it was ready and Royal Mail were picking it up. I waited and still nothing, then about a week later I get an email saying it has been processed by Soccalord?
Tried the chat function again but nobody wants to speak to me now for some reason!!
I ordered from here by accident and meant to go to Soccerlord as i am sure many people do, lesson learnt to be more careful.
Missed my sons birthday now and might be out of pocket for over £70, buy at your own risk here.
**In response to Soccalords message, your chat did not respond to me for 21 minutes (I have a screenshot of this if you need proof), I had left the website by this point as it seemed nobody was answering. Why have a chat if it takes so long to respond to your customer.
Your email did indeed arrive and included a long number with some letters and a link, which does not work and says URL not working when you click on it.
I am here simply to give others the benefit of my experience and they can make their own choices, I cannot comment on the quality of the product as it has not arrived, maybe it is fantastic, maybe it is not. If it does arrive I might even come on here and let you know!**

Love getting replica shirts without the rip-off pricing of the club shops. As i am in the UK my only issue is with how long it takes to get them.

Ordered two weeks before Christmas. Now Feb 20th and no order and difficult to ask where it is.

Lack of delivery information, it took 24 days to arrive from despatch..

Still not received my item ordered on the 26th of January. No communication from your company ..no updates given .total rubbish still waiting on updates on where my item is .
