Nicht an Absprachen aus Vertrag gehalten deutschsprachigen Followern zu folgen, in einer Woche nur 2 neue Follower und nur 20 Accounts gefolgt (davon fast die Hälfte nicht deutschsprachig).
Gute Arbeit sieht anders aus.
Mehr als enttäuschend trotz Megaversprechen von 5000 neuen Followern in 3 Monaten aus einer angeblich erfolgten Analyse meines Accounts.
Meine Meinung: Finger weg von Socialmonk!

very bad experience, I paid the amount of (€9.95) euro, to test the service by one-week subscription, that was on Thursday 15
thank I received an email that they work Monday - Friday so I lost four days, and I had no issue of course they will manage
the password of my account was wrong so until I send them the new one, they send me to renew my subscription, how to renew and I didn't test it yet, the reply was your subscription is canceled
so I didn't get any new follower
I couldn't test the service
the subscription for one week I lost 4 days because from their side,
it doesn't worth it at all, very bad experience and service, the main thing to trust the provider is how I can trust if they start like that

Mach fast einem Monat nicht einmal 100 Follower mehr!

Les pondría CERO ESTRELLAS, Es una vergüenza pague 60€ al mes ellos aseguran que hasta 1500 seguidores y no llegamos a los 100, les pido que devuelvan el dinero y no hacen más que darme excusas, intentando hacernos creer que el problema es nuestro contenido. La empresa anterior es más cara pero como mínimo nos subían 500 seguidores. La doy de baja!

La primera semana trabajaron bien, la segunda semana cogí un plan más alto y no están haciendo nada. No recomiendo este empresa, les escribo y solo dan escusas sin sentido

Service ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Es wird hunderten von Leuten gefolgt und nach Vertragsende kann man alle selbst wieder löschen. Geht mal gar nicht. Bei Instaupgrade wird nach ein paar Tagen den Leuten automatisch wieder entfolgt und man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Daher bleibe ich auch lieber weiterhin dort. Auch die angegebene Follower zahl wird bei weitem nicht erreicht was angegeben wird. Daher einmal getestet und nie mehr wieder. Gute Idee aber noch sehr ausbaufähig. Hoffe da tut sich noch was damit andere in Zukunft zufriedener sind wie ich.

You can easily say it is a scam website/service , their website is well designed and attractive but the sad truth is that they don't offer what they claim to. No dashboard to monitor activity, no direct customer service, limited targets, you have to keep two factor authentication off which is weird and unsafe. Above all, after using the service for two days with not a single like/follow/unfollow I asked for a refund and they are not responding directly to my request. At this stage I want my money back.

It's a scam, they only follow random people hoping for a follow back, I can do that for free! No real engagement and the account does not let you delete your data, they are breaking the law, they should be reported!

Habe das sog Starter-Paket einen Monat getestet. Es wird unter anderem mit bis zu 500 neuen Followern beworben. Die Bilanz nach einem Monat schaut folgendermaßen aus: 151 Follows, 152 Unfollows, Total -1 Follower. Einen Stern vergebe ich dafür, dass sie nicht ganz untätig waren. Ob das auf die Dauer was bringt, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Ich hab den Service jedoch unkompliziert wieder abbestellen können, dafür gibt es den zweiten Stern. Ansonsten würde ich an eurer Stelle mir das Geld aber sparen.

Do not use social monk! I would give zero stars if I could.
I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to due to the terrible experience I had with this company. Firstly I signed up to their weekly subscription which was advertised as €9. Throughout the one week I did not get a single new follower. There was barely any activities by social monk. I contacted them to cancel the day before my first week ended but to my surprise I was charged €19 the next day. When I queried this I was told the information was on the website and the payment had been processed automatically. It was not obvious at all on the website that the payment would change after the first week and I found this very dubious. They also refused to issue a refund even after several emails telling them I was not happy with the service and had requested a cancellation. So I paid €28 and only got 4 new followers at the end of the 2 weeks which I could have done better by myself. Please stay far away from this company.

Una auténtica estafa. No hicieron nada, ni contactaron ni consiguieron ni un seguidor. Una pena que existan empresas que te estafen así

Finde den Service super. Eine Freundin hatte ihn mir empfohlen mit und ich war zunächst skeptisch aufgrund einiger negativer Bewertungen hier. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass es für mich wunderbar funktioniert. Mein Ziel war und ist, mehr Follower auf Instagram zu bekommen und das hat Socialmonk optimal erreicht. Es handelt sich hierbei auch um ausschließlich echte Follower aus Deutschland und nicht um irgendwelche Fake Profile wie bei anderen Bots. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar! Klare Empfehlung ...

Achtung, gebuchte Abos können online nicht gestoppt werden. Unfreundlicher Kundenservice. Nichts für uns.

Im Folgenden meine Erfahrung mit Socialmonk: Ich habe den Service am 15.7.21 abonniert, da ich neugierig war, ob deren System wirklich funktioniert. Ich hatte bis dahin schon mehrere Bots, Services, etc. ausprobiert und war eigentlich immer mal mehr und mal weniger enttäuscht. Das Problem bei den Bots ist meist, dass entweder gar nichts passiert oder irgendwelchen Profilen willkürlich gefolgt wird. Und für meinen Instagram Account ist das dann eher schädlich als förderlich. Aber zurück zu Socialmonk. Zum Preis: habe ich bei der Buchung damals 25% Rabatt bekommen, also zahle ich monatlich abzgl. Rabatt 89,93€ (Normalpreis 119,90€/mtl.). Pro Tag sind als also rund 3€, was im Vergleich zu anderen Tools preislich total ok ist. nach der Buchung erhält man direkt eine Bestätigungs-Email und Anleitung welche Daten die noch von einem brauchen. So kann man hier z.B. ähnliche Profile angeben, damit die sog. Account Manager wissen, nach welcher Zielgruppe sie sich ausrichten sollen. Die Methode nach der gearbeitet wird ist auf Nachfrage die Follow/Like/Unfollow-Methode. Ich habe also die Daten im Tool eingegeben, hat ca. 5 Minuten gedauert. Danach hat es ca. 2-3 Tage gedauert, bis sich deren Arbeit in meinem Profil (leicht) bemerkbar gemacht hat. Kleiner Tipp: Gebt unbedingt zeitnah die Daten ein, damit Socialmonk loslegen kann. Meine Erwartungshaltung war aufgrund der bereits erwähnten Erfahrungen nicht besonders hoch. Und ehrlich gesagt dachte ich nach einer Woche auch, dass es hier ähnlich ablaufen wird. Allerdings wurde ich sehr positiv überrascht, da es nach un nach immer besser lief. Seit Juli habe ich durchschnittlich pro Monat 1.370 neue Follower dazu gewonnen. Im Vergleich dazu lag das Wachstum davor bei rund 230 neuen Followern pro Monat. Wenn man das Ganze runterechnet zahle ich also pro neuen Follower 7,9 Cent. Da es sich hierbei allerdings nur um echte Follower (also keine Fake Profile) handelt, bin ich mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als zufrieden. Hinzu kommt noch der Support, welcher bei meinen Fragen immer innerhalb von 24 Stunden geantwortet hat. Daher unterm Strich 5 Sterne von mir, bin echt zufrieden!
